We were referred by our neighbors and had a wonderful experience ourselves. Our downstairs unit stopped working on Friday of Labor Day weekend. We scheduled an appointment for Tuesday, but Riggs called on Labor Day to say he had availability and came out to our house within 30 minutes. He was professional, quick, and explained everything. Riggs went ahead and performed a once-over on our entire unit while there and fixed us up in no time. We had family over that day so I know everyone appreciated cool air on a hot day. Thank you to Riggs and True Service for the help! We will use them for all future HVAC needs!
I have used this family owned business for 17 years and they are so honest, will try hard to work you in, solved many problems over the years including putting in a dehumidifier for crawlspace and a new ac unit upstairs. I have been at whitts end many times and they have helped me through all of it. So honest and such quality!
I live in a rental home and one of your technicians (the back of his shirt said Bryant) was sent to take a look at our unit. There was no air flow at all. Though he was unable to completely fix the issue because he needed authorization from the rental company, he was able to get the AC part of the system running! My review, however, has little to do with his service but more to do with his amazing attitude. He was extremely kind and understanding. His kindness was so notable, that I felt the need to write this. He listened to me and never once made me feel like just another customer. He was kind to my children and was patient with me while I wrangled then. He probably didn't know it, but he made a stressful situation less stressful. For that, I thank you all and will definitely recommend should anyone need your services.
Was referred to them by a friend who has been using True Service for a while now for a rather emergency based question. We moved into a new construction home and our AC unit has had a number of major issues with it. When we couldn’t get the warranty holder or the builder to assist, I called Matt and he helped me find a temporary work around until the warranty holder and builder decided to finally assist us. Even had Matt come out for a system check just to have a second set of eyes on everything. We were originally going to use one of the other larger companies for future HVAC maintenance, but are going to go with True Service instead once our warranty is up based on the personal style of service.

True Service Corp installed our system in 2012 and continues to add value with updates about seasonal inspections, and friendly, personalized service. We've had Matt come out a couple of times now and been very pleased with his work. He is knowledgeable, efficient and very friendly. At Thanksgiving he took time away from his family to come fix our downstairs HVAC system because it was completely out - he had us back up & running in no time, and we haven't had any further problems.
