Joel,Ramon,Adrian repiped my home after being without hot water for a week after Chris located a leak under my kitchen cabinets . The repipe team thought of the next man up as far as working conditions, made sure everything was secured and out of way .They went above and beyond to treat my home as it was there own . Will recommend this company to all my friend and family.
Jovani was so helping in setting up the appointment. Chris and David were very professional and quick. Would definitely recommend this company!
New water heater installed on 01-09-2023 and seven days later the water heater is working great with no leaking. Brandon's and David's professionalism was outstanding.
If you're looking for technicians for plumbing work/repair PJ & John are the guys for the job. If I need any HVAC system maintenance again I'll ask for them by name, good dudes with great work ethics/moral compass. I highly recommend John & PJ.

Busted my outside faucet allowing water to gush out all over my lawn. Called True Plumbers and got not only a quick response on the phone, but a repair person (John) was on premises way ahead of his scheduled time of arrival. The repair was done quickly and John was very professional. I've already recommended True Plumbers to several family & church members.

KENT , Was a blessing in a very unlucky situation. I had a pvc pipe crack in the gest bathroom & flooded half of my house. I called True Plummers for a ASAP job, they had Kent at my door in no time to get the job done! He was very informative & professional! He had me back up & running within the hour! Thank you Kent! If you are ever stuck between a rock & a hard place, make sure to dial up True Plummers and tell them to put Kent on the job!
These are True Professionals. They came in the middle of the night to provide a critical service and at the same time suggested necessary and critical services that we did not even realize we're available to us on the spot. They offered an affordable and high-quality option to clean up a mess that was caused by other plumbers at an earlier time. They set our minds at ease and began working diligently towards solving our issue... All at a time of night that most companies wouldn't dream of working. we are still neck-deep in our cleanup but my wife and I feel confident that true plumbers will be able to get the job done in a reasonable amount of time and without causing us unnecessary inconvenience. Carey, Chad, Curtis and Brian were all fantastic. We thank you all sincerely and look forward to an excellent completed project.
I found a leak in my upstairs bathtub. I called True Plumber on Saturday morning and spoke with the on call representative. About 30 minutes later Joel with True Plumber called me. He was very friendly and informed me there would be a $100 charge for coming out. He also informed me he was wrapping up another job and would be be at my home within an hour. Joel was very friendly upon arrival and informed me he had a co-worker Chad who would be on his way as well. Joel informed me Chad was very friendly and had been with the company for quite sometime and could assist me with the dry wall damage. Joel did a quick look over and pulled out a price book. He believed the job would be about $650 plus $100 service fee. Joel went to work quickly he created an access hole behind the tub to get to the pipe and one on the lower floor below the tub. He filled the tub, and found the leak, he replaced the pipe and refilled the tub to test the leak was repaired. I was also pleased that Joel created an access door behind the tub. This meant I did not need dry wall repair behind the tub and I would have permanent access to the pipe. He was diligent to take photos during the process and to ensure problem was resolved. Joel also cleaned up after himself.
