Completely inappropriate while in my apartment fixing the AC. At least four people, kept coming in and out of my apartment to hang out, slamming the door and walking with wet boots on carpet. They talked to friends on speaker phone saying lude and offensive things about women. No one wore masks. I did not feel comfortable. They left a mess. Would not recommend.
Extremely impressed with the work ethic of the employees who did the installation of our AC..very pleasant and very friendly, showed up on time and had the best attitude the entire time they were working even though the temperature and humidity was awful ....Joe you are top notch in our book ,Thanks for looking after us

Awesome install crew, kept everything clean and aware of there surroundings when putting my new furnace and condensing unit in. We chose a 16 seer energy efficient Rheem units. Office staff was helpful and very friendly. Would highly recommend this company.
Second time I’ve used True Mechanical, couldn’t be more happy with the service. With no a/c in my house they were quick to respond. I had a tech there to work on my system within an hour. The tech was thorough, knowledgeable, and left the workspace cleaner then he found it. Not only did he fix it, they’re going to put together a quote for a total system replacement! This kind of service is unheard of, especially for it being a Sunday morning. A big THANKS to Joe and Andrew making it happen when it needed to!

The biggest liars that ever entered my apartment, they came out and did a "duct cleaning service", the techniciant said that my a/c system was junk,had water damage and needed to be replaced.and that it was pulling maximum amperage, also that was the cause of my ceilings turning black. They never cleaned the registers, or the ceilings,and used some roto matic shop vac. To vacuum the ducts. Then turned around and told the office manager that my a/c system was just fine and that they didn't think it needed to be replaced, after telling me that it was a fire hazard ,if your looking for an honost HVAC company, due yourself a FAVOR AND STEAR CLEAR OF THESE SCOUNDRELS!, i had a reputable hvac company come out and do an inspection of the a/c unit and they told me that the thing was almost 25 yrs old and was no longer serviceable, so STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!
