I noticed our AC stopped after coming home from work on the 1st hottest Thursday of the season! Called True Feel and Anthony came out that same evening to look at it for us and gave us direction and advice on how to rectify the situation. We have gas and thought I’d have to call UGI but he has his certification in gas hook ups so we didn’t have to call them. Told us the new equipment would be here by Monday morning and he and his crew would take the old system out and install the new one.They were here Monday just like he said! They were very courteous, respectful, responsible, on time and actually stayed an hour over to get the job done. He went above and beyond last weekend to have someone come and check it out while he was on vacation. I would definitely recommend True Feel Cooling and Heating with Anthony and his Team. True Feel came out to help repair a split system that another company left without testing and never returned. They were professional, curious, and knowledgeable. They fixed my problem and educated me throughout the process. I am so happy I have someone who cares to call for my split system.

Being a homeowner certainly is not fun when it gets cold, you go to start your furnace, and nothing happens. I have natural gas which is also something that you don't want to mess around with. Anthony was at my house same day, provided me with information and even suggestions for improvements. His estimate was fair and reasonable. Within 72 hours I had a brand new system. I couldn't be happier. The process was effortless and I'm absolutely comfortable with my decision to use True Feel. He even checked and cleaned my chimney for me. Im a customer for life. I recommend True Feel for any HVAC needs.
My entire AC system died in the middle of a heat wave. Anthony came quickly to check it out and give me an estimate, which was the best one I got by far. I was scheduled within days to have a new AC unit and heat pump installed (my house was previously heated by baseboards). His communication and punctuality was much appreciated throughout the process! Their work was high-quality and I would definitely recommend True Feel to anyone who needs HVAC work done. Thanks guys!!
