This gentleman and his team arrived on time, explained everything, every step of the way. And made sure I had an understanding of the equipment before he left. Great customer service at a great price. I am very pleased with his service.
I have used True Covenant on 4 projects now. Juan is Extremely professional and reliable! When it’s time to come back to complete the install Juan Is always available and on time. My project took 5 months after the Original install date and Juan come right over to complete the install. I will never use anyone else! Thanks Juan
I have nothing but great things to say about true covenant, their prices are fair, work is impeccable and the knowledge that the owner Juan has makes you open your mind for a better living home that will last a long time. When I told Juan what I wanted he didn’t hesitate and produced. The one thing I like about true covenant is everyday they would call me to tell me they were 15 minutes away and at the end of the day I would get a full recap of what was done and what will happen the next day in my house. True professionalism is hard to find true covenant has it all in very happy they did my install
I called True Covenant Mechanicals for a new Heating & AC system. I spoke to Juan who came to my house and told me exactly what i needed. He was so professional that my husband and I felt good to hire him for the job. He did a phenomenal job and kept us posted with everything he did. He also fixed things that he didn’t have to do but he did to make sure we were safe. I definitely will recommend True Covenant Mechanicals to my friends and family. Thank You Juan
Juan and his crew were outstanding. Renovating my daughter's house which required complete removal of all existing ductwork and moving the HVAC system from one side of the basement to the other. Juan listen to what I want it, looked at the job said he could do it. took a couple hours to review made notes parts list and the job is done outstanding work the system works great no complaints. I'll will be calling Juan when it's time to upgrade my own house. Thanks again Juan Damian
Used this Company to replace my furnace. They were amazing! Juan is super nice and accommodating. They even got the heat in my back bedroom working and it has never worked to my knowledge. They make sure the customer is completely satisfied. Would definitely recommend.
I have used true Covenant A few times now. Juan has always been professional and responsible. The install of my new unit Was installed perfectly and works fantastic. The summer of 2020 I also used true covenant for preventive maintenance on both of my older units. I will never let anyone else service my units. Juan also came out for an emergency call on a very hot summer day to diagnose my broken unit and was able to fix it within two hours (Motherboard) If true Covenant was a public company I would invest in its stocks because I believe in Juan.
The 1st Time I requested True Covenant Mechanicals' service was on behalf of a client of mine who was selling his property. My client had hired a company who did not properly install their Heating & Central Air units. Juan to the Rescue, not only was he Responsive & on Time but he also provided my client with a Quality job at a Good Value. He's also very Professional, Helpful & HIGHLY Recommended... I cannot say enough kind words about this business. I started a project with a contractor that turned out to be a scammer! They had ran all the duct work incorrectly and heat was not getting to all of the rooms throughout the house. I confronted my contractor and he told me it wasn't his problem. I came across True Covenant Mechanicals and they really saved me. Not only were they professional, but they also cared about the work they do. They aren't trying to get over on you! They told me how they would fix the issue and how many days to complete the job. They even stayed and worked a 10 + hour day to make sure they completed everything on time! I now refer them to any and everyone I know. If you're looking for a good HVAC person, that knows their stuff please give them a call. Its hard out here to find good people and these are really great people .
I pleased to say my experience with True Covenant was excellent. Juan and his crew were very professional and on time. He diagnosed the program with my heating system and explained what had to be done and the cost. The work was completely in a timely manner. I had a great experience with Juan Esquilin at True Covenant Mechanicals. Juan was at my house within an hour of my call - on a weekend - and he carefully explained the issues with my furnace.
