This company originally installed HVAC in my home incorrectly and has blown wires and circuits 3 times and I can’t get them to come back been trying to book appointment for months

Yves and his team were super professional and considerate. They replaced the HVAC in my apartment in a building that was constructed in 1924. Because the system they replaced had been retrofitted, there were numerous limitations. The True Comfort HVAC team did their research and found equipment that would fit without having to use a scissor lift or crane (my apartment is on the 3rd floor of a narrow walk-up). Additionally, they were able to find an air handler that fit the existing space without having to cut into the wall. Overall, I am pleased. Full disclosure: My landlord paid for the replacement work, so I can't speak to pricing. I can say this, however, my landlord is frugal. A few other companies bid on the job, and True Comfort HVAC won it.
It's very rare to find a residential service provider who is professional and trustworthy. Yves took the time to explain the issue in layman's terms and provided his recommendation on how best to resolve the issue, no extras. If you are in the Gwinnett area, I highly recommend you give them a call for your HVAC needs.

Fixing my furnace was a no brainer for them. They worked quickly to find the problem, order the new part and promptly returned to make the repair. Timely, kind, professional and understanding. I am warm again and grateful for their service.
When our heater decided to give up at the last minute on one of the coldest nights so far, it was a relief that they picked up the phone and sent someone as early as possible the next day. I truly appreciate the prompt response, quality of the service!! Definitely got their regular maintenance services now :) new loyal customer from Suwanee, GA.

Had service performed by Yves. Overall experience: Pros: -Showed up on time -Overall professional Cons: -Freon Gauge cover was broken- need to show up with tools in good shape to inspire confidence in your business. -Quoted me a high price before giving the full system a look over. Would recommend looking the entire system over before providing a quote. $150 was charged for a “Freon leak test” which only included a soap and water spray test lasting 30minutes which is frankly absurd. - Seemed hesitant to answer my questions/find a true solution. Understand your customers will want an explanation. HVAC service isn’t brain surgery- recommend being respectful to customers wanting to understand why their hvac system is having issues rather than trying to make the most money in a short amount of time. Overall recommendation: Not a bad service overall. Would go with a more reputable service in the future who will be thorough and more knowledgeable. If you’re paying a premium, then might as well go with a higher end service.
Connected with True Comfort via our Home Warranty Company (Choice Home Warranty). Unlike some other service companies we'v e had in the past True Comfort came out promptly the day after we called. Upon arriving the technician did not give us any run-around and fixed our HVAC system in less than 30 minutes. The technician, Yves was very professional, competent and polite. Would definitely use them again!

Yves and his team did a great job getting my brand new heat pump installed in a timely manner at a reasonable cost. Yves was EXTREMELY responsive throughout the process. I got quotes and had a half dozen people come out and I chose true comfort. I recommend going with them over the larger companies.

We received service at our home today 8.20.2018 from True Comfort Heating & Air, Yves Desir. Our HVAC System was out. Yves arrived between the hours we scheduled, diagnosed the issue and had us up and running again in less than 45 minutes. He was polite and very pleasant to deal with. Thank you Yves!! TG
