I had a great experience with Gerardo. He was very responsive specially in a time of need with the current heat. He was professional and most of all he was punctual. He showed up within the 15 min window he had given me. Upon arrival he asked me what issues we were experiencing and after telling him the issue he knew exactly where to look. As I am someone that’s not an expert in HVAC and had a frozen unit, he could have easily charged me for the trip or diagnostics or even make up the issue but instead he was an honest man and definitely earned my business for the future to have him service our units. Thank you for all you do.
Gerardo has came out to our home twice and he was very professional and provided excellent service. He explained everything to us and even gave us some maintenance tips to keep the AC running smoothly. Thank you again so much!
Gerardo and his team saved the day! Our AC broke down over Labor Day weekend and he responded on the holiday and came out to look at our system first thing Tuesday morning. Gerardo made sure we understood all our options in terms of time, quality, and cost, never trying to upsell us or make us spend more than we were comfortable with. We ended up replacing the whole HVAC system which his team did quickly and got us back on our feet. I know we’re in good hands with True Comfort for all our future needs.

This gentleman came to my home and followed all covid precautions the minute he knocked on my door. It left me bumfuzzled that he fixed a dinosaur aged ac unit at my home we were freezing and he promptly fixed our heat. He did have to make a trip to the part store to purchase a part we needed, inexpensive and good work. I highly recommend this company to anyone I know.

I called True Comfort heating and air conditioning when looking for a professional to provide me a quote for my A/C that kept turning off. I spoke with Gerardo. Not only was he friendly, professional, knowledgeable, & patient, he was able to troubleshoot the issue while over the phone. To provide that level of customer service without even evaluating the issue in person is a testament to the knowledge, professionalism, & honesty that this HVAC company has. God forbid, if there’s a major issue with my A/C unit in the future True Comfort heating and air conditioning will be the company I call to do the work.
My thermostat was broken and I gave them a call. They arrived on time the same day and in less than an hour or so I had the whole system running again. Great price and wonderful service .
