My Lord!!! I have never met a technician as professional, knowledgeable and, above all, as kind as Rick. I wish this young man all the blessing he deserves in the launching of his new company.
Ricky was very professional. He was thorough and checked for problems no one else ever did when I called them out. He found issues we wouldn't have known to check. He went in the attic and in the crawl space to check for any air leaks. He didn't rush off, he stayed to be sure the furnace cycled through a good number of times. He also raised the temp high to ensure our overheating and shutdown issues were resolved. I highly recommend his services!
Great Service! My Furnace went out at the worst possible time. Christmas Eve! Every place I called were closed or I was put on a waitlist Rick provided us with space heaters on Christmas Day! Estimate for a new furnace and installation never changed. Will definitely use them again. Thanks again !
Ricky was able to come and help my family on such short notice. Our heat had gone out one night, and he was there the next morning to fix it, and got our house nice and warm again, not to mention it was Christmas Eve. Definitely recommend to anyone needing services!

Rick and his helper Christian are professional, polite, they have been wonderful. They came to clean the boiler and bled our radiators.
Rick and his helper Christian have been great. They helped us with our boiler cleaning and changing the pilot light sensor thing. Whenever we called they picked up the phone and answered.
Truchill heating and cooling was phenomenal to work with, very professional and quickly responded to my message by following up with me with a call and give me helpful and honest information by not trying to sell me on anything I did not need or any service I did not need! Highly recommend them and I will go to them for future heating and cooling needs!

Rick showed up after hours to look at my heater. Found out we needed a new heater. Rick brought us space heaters to get through the night and the next day had our new furnace installed. Rick does awesome work and he goes above and beyond for his customers.
