Our AC unit fan stopped spinning last night around 7pm. I had messaged one AC guy already but never heard back from him. So I asked my coworker if her fiancé, Devin, could come out and take a look to see what was wrong with it. Took him literally a second to determine it was the capacitor and he replaced it within a minute! Super fast! Super knowledgeable! Definitely using him again in the future! Such a blessing! Thank you again Devin!!
Devin is one of the best Technicians I’ve come across in many years. He’s an expert on current issues and let’s me know in the future if I’m going to face anything else. Communicates with me throughout the process, explains to myself in a way I totally understand. Devin provides prompt, courteous service, at a VERY reasonable price. He had me cooled off in no time, stayed to ensure all was working as it should. Devin also checked later that day to see how things were going and the following day. Simply put, don’t waste your money on big companies, Devin has all the qualities and knowledge to supply all your needs!!
