Mike helped us out when our oil burning furnace stopped working. Scheduling was quick and easy, he even worked me in that same week, which was awesome. He got us back up and running, explained the issues that we were having, performed a system maintenance and gave me some optional things that I can do (which I did) to improve our system (and it did). Working with Mike was awesome; he is honest, knowledgeable and down to earth. He answered all of my questions kindly and patiently. He's the guy you want to call when you need anything HVAC. He'll tell you what you need, what you can do and what you don't need to do.
Mike came by after a long day of other customer calls, worked hard and helped us identify the issue. Very respectful and charismatic guy who wasn’t afraid to get his hands dirty/use some muscle to get to the bottom of our AC problem. He also gave us some tips for future use and helped us understand what was going on. Definitely will call TRU again if we ever need HVAC help! Thanks Mike!

Incredible customer service! Called on Monday morning they had Fuel Oil delivered to my house at 11:30. Incredible and they offer a discount if paid with cash. 10 stars
