I highly recommend using this company. They were faster, they were more responsive when I reach out to 10 different companies, and they had competitive pricing. That's why I chose them. Not that they've finished the work - I'm happy with the results - and everything is working perfectly. Definitely call this company if you want things done right.
We have used Tru Cooling twice now! We needed rescuing when our AC broke on a Friday night after normal working hours! And another time when we needed our condenser moved due to pool construction. Tim was professional and provided high-quality service. He was responsive, transparent about the cost of his services, and arrived on time with all necessary tools and equipment. He diagnosed the issue with my AC unit and demonstrated a high level of expertise and attention to detail in addressing underlying issues to ensure a comprehensive and effective repair. He took the time to explain what he was doing and why, and I would HIGHLY recommend this company over and over again!

Noticed my air was constantly running yet my house was not cooling like it should. Tim came out and did a thorough inspection. Had it not been for him going above I would still be having issues. Tim spent hours in my attic to make sure the repair was done correctly and I could not be happier!

Tim is very professional. We have used him twice and he has always been on time, reliable and transparent with information about what is going on with the a/c. NO NEED TO LOOK ANYMORE ...I found my heating and Air Conditioning company! It isn't easy to find people you can trust and who know what they are doing so when I do I want to share it with everyone!!! The owner, Tim Cooper, is honest, hardworking and has fair prices. He is experienced but only opened his own business about a year ago. TIM COOPER IS A KNOWLEDGEABLE, HONEST, SMALL BUSINESS OWNER AND I WANT TO SUPPORT THAT ALL DAY, EVERYDAY! My AC repair experience... Another company, who I now refer to as, "The Three Stooges" tried to fix a constant AC drip in the garage and after 7-8 attempts stopped trying. Well they said they fixed it, but I knew it was just a tape job. When it started dripping again I called 2 more companies and they were going to just tape it, saying it wasn't taped properly the first time. Then I called Tim at Tru Comfort , who was recommended to me, and after thorough review of AC, and call to manufacturer, to verify some information Tim found the problem. He realized the gas line was in the way (probably why the other guys didn't want to fix it). Tim told me I will need to get the gas line moved first. Which I did. Timmy fixed the problem and when all was done, including cost of moving Gas line, it was less than "The Three Stooges" charged for NOT fixing the problem. I don't give reviews that often because I expect great service, honesty, knowledge of their business craft, fair pricing and good communication -- which unfortunately isn’t easy to find. I am so happy to give this review for Tim Cooper at Tru Comfort Cooking. Stay humble and always learning Tim and I have no doubt good people will find you and be loyal customers for life.
