Truman is efficient and very knowledgeable about heating and cooling systems. He isn’t pushy about upgrading but also offers helpful recommendations on needed repairs and improvements. I feel much better about turning on my a/c now that it’s been serviced and I trust that the work done was high quality.

Tru Air is an honest, great local AC company and a an absolute pleasure to do business with (as much of a pleasure as AC maintenance can be of course)!! Truman, the owner of the company, who did the work on our unit, really knows his stuff and is a great human that would be able to give you a true prognosis if needed, or give you the peace of mind, in the case that a unit may be replaced or something similar, to where you know the job is going to be done to the highest standards as well as with the most efficiency. Our family is rest assured in our relationship with Tru Air and Truman that we will be taken care of, regardless of our needs or what life throws at us. Born in raised in Las Vegas, Truman also has a great understanding of Las Vegas' weather challenges, be it heat, wind, etc. and is able to use that experience and knowledge when working on units in Las Vegas. Came home and the a/c was not blowing cold downstairs. Called and was able to be seen quickly. Turned out to be a failed capacitor. All needed parts where on hand, system was back up and running within a short period of time. Cost was very reasonable! Truman was kind, well-spoken, educated in his field, and best of all fixed our problem.
Same day service, reasonable price, and very friendly. I would strongly recommend for all your heating and cooling needs.
Dakota and Scott were simply AWESOME, They were knowledgeable, courteous, conscious, and beyond professional. The service was explained to me in detail and also shown lots of before and after videos which makes you feel like you were getting a quality cleaning. Truman, the owner, tuned up my furnace and a/c unit. He held good conversation and was informative as to what he was doing, why, and some things I could do to preserve the life of my furnace and a/c. He was kind, considerate, and professional; he showed up on time, and cleaned up after himself. If you need to have your a/c or furnace looked at, and want to have an experienced no-BS professional, I'd recommend Tru Air, Ltd...especially Truman! Thank you, good sir!
Definitely recommend using TruAir for HVAC service! I'm a REALTOR in Las Vegas and have used them on my personal home and several time for my clients and every time has been a good experience. They are dependable and honest which is hard to come by with other companies.
Dakota & Scott came to my home to provide the basic service I purchased on Groupon. It consisted of vacuuming out my air vents as well as an inspection of my AC unit and furnace. After the inspection, Dakota showed me pictures of my AC unit which had mold spores, and gave me the option to get a deep clean.. which I did. Dakota and Scott were completely professional and friendly, they continued to educate me on what they were doing giving me step by step information. I would absolutely 💯 percent recommend Truair to anyone who is new to getting this service done in their homes. I have never had this service done before and I'm glad I went through TruAir for my first time. Thank you so much guys, for all the hard work you did !
Im new in town so didn't know anyone to help me with my AC problem. I chose Truman to see why my AC suddenly stopped cooling. He came to my house on a Sunday evening, was knowledgeable, trustworthy, and easy to communicate with. I will definitely keep him as my AC man! PS, house is much cooler!
