Nick was absolutely great. He was on time and very knowledgeable. We had a stock issue with our unit we ordered and rather than it becoming a big problem, With patience and understanding, Nick went above and beyond to accommodate us. I will be calling him in the future for work if needed. Ps, was super cool around my kids and left a very clean work space. Thanks Nick. Update: we an iss cooling of our unit and contacted Nick on a Friday. He was out by Monday and double and triple made sure that we would not have the issue again and worked with us within our warranty and was just outstanding. Very thorough will be sticking with him for the foreseeable future. Highly recommend.

Nick was overall professional and punctual when needed of fast and efficient service. My grandmother’s 30+ year old air conditioner needed to be replaced and he was able to do a consultation that following day of my call and install in the next 5 days! He never hesitated to answer all my questions and is always open to come back to fix anything if needed. I would highly recommend him for your heating and cooling needs!!

My AC wasn't blowing properly so I reached out and they were able to accommodate me the same day. It was great news to hear they could fit us in when we knew we would have a number of 80 degree plus days coming up. They were reasonably priced and fixed my AC in an hour. That's everything I could ask for. Tru-Air Heating and Cooling gained a customer for life.

Not often i feel like i get my money's worth from an HVAC call, this was a nice change. After listening to my description of issues seen with the furnace last winter and the AC (which hadn't run for 5 years), the wiring and circuit relays were checked, the 22 year old unit was recharged (darn the cost of refrigerant!), we had a discussion of potential symptoms to watch for going forward, and a quick chat about possible replacement of a circuit board if seen. Which isn't cheap, i knew, but there wasn't any effort to railroad into immediate sales or casual dismissal of my concerns. I know i'll reach out for any repair issues (stopped by in between calls two days later to tighten a loose thermostat wire - no charge), and Tru-Air will be top of my vendor list for estimates should i eventually need my whole system replaced.
