Ron was great. He was able to find the problem with my downstairs unit very quickly, replace the faulty parts and give me hints on keeping the system running more smoothly. I thought his price was very fair. I will definitely call on him again in the future.
Best customer service I’ve had in a very long time. Ron was very professional super polite and knowledgeable. Our AC quit working last night about 8 PM he was here around 10am Today. My AC is working great. Highly recommend this company. Excellent service.
Highly recommend! We bought a house with a faulty AC unit. He has worked to get cooled back.off 3 times now. He is responsive and very helpful to us! He has saved my family from Texas torchure by working on a Saturday!

Being in the ac business for many years I was very weary of having a company come out to replace my entire system. Ron put all those concerns to rest. Very professional. Very thorough. I have used Ron with Troy AC four times now. Every time he has been at my house, he has been able to identify and isolate my problem, explain what is going on and the intended repair - to include why he is doing a smaller step instead of a larger/more expensive job first, and then he's done quality work. He is always polite and professional, and I like that he takes the time to explain what is going on and why - and more importantly, he helps me understand what other things I can do to keep my system running better through preventative maintenance tips. I've recommended him countless times and whenever I have an issue - he is the FIRST person I want showing up.
Troy Heating and Air is one of the best HVAC systems I’ve worked with. He is quick to respond, thorough and professional. Most importantly, he is honest. He will not push for work that is not needed. I will continue to use Ron every time and I will continue to recommend him to my friends and clients.
Awesome service great people I wouldn't go with anyone else
I was having issue after issue with my heating and air system, I have a Heat Pump System, and don't like it at all. I called my homeowners warranty and they referred me to this company. I was thankful for meeting Mr. Ron explained everything to me he is always professional. This company replaced my unit. I had another issue and the warranty sent out another company and I was told I would have to pay $700+ for a part. Well something told me to contact Troy company and im so happy I did. There was nothing wrong with the part the other company told me I needed to replace. Mr. Ron came out took a look and explained everything. Thank You again Mr. Ron. Im sure ill see you again once the temperatures drop lol. I highly recommend Troy Heating and Air

Spoke to a “Ron” or so i believe, they gave me a time to be at my address of 10am-10:30am verbally on the phone. Gave them a call at 10:30 and 10:56am, NO ANSWER. after not being on time. At 11am i went to the corner store to grab a few things which is less than 5 minutes from my house. At 11:04 i received a text saying “I’m here for AC appointment” so i have a call at 11:08 letting him know the garage is unlocked for him to do work. He then proceeded to tell me he has left the property after not calling me but simply texting. I reminded him he told me specifically 10-10:30am he then he said “oh we a lot a 10-2 window time to be there and do work. Which he never told me on the phone initially. With Texas heat being hot as ever he tells me i now have to wait until 2 days until Monday For him to get back to me. Very unprofessional for not being on time, very unprofessional for not calling instead they sent a text message.... i was there at 9am waiting until 11am for someone to come just to have them be late then tell me i have to wait.
They showed up and repaired my central air unit the same day I called, they obviously had been really busy but were determined to do everything they could to repair my system that same day. He diagnosed the issue, made the repair, and then sent me an invoice for much less than I would have ever expected. Thank you Ron for your amazing service, you are truly a great member of our community! I will definitely recommend and call Troy Heating and Air first for all my ac/heating needs.
Air went out at 6:30 at night. In Texas. In JULY. I have a toddler and an infant. I was sure I was going to be up all night with hot, cranky kiddos, worrying about keeping them hydrated. My husband and I could take the heat, but we were genuinely worried about the kids. Called as soon as we realized we had a problem. Didn't really expect a call back until the next morning. But I did receive a call back that night, and he had us back up and running by about 8:30 pm! Really went above and beyond. I highly recommend!!
Ronald was the most sweetest guy that came to my house, the 2 prior men (from a different company) just seemed rude and gave off a “idc” vibe, & they attempted to fix my ac and neither one was able to. But Ronald knew his stuff and even said the wiring was all wrong which I believe it!! Now my vents are blowing COLD air 🙏🏽 Thank you Ronald , I really recommend this place !!
