After 3 separate companies rescheduled for weeks out or just didn't show up, I contacted the owner. Even though he was on vacation he got us scheduled for AC maintenance the very next day. They were also able to get my grandparents AC up and running a day after we called them late at night. Outstanding customer service is very hard to find these days and I would recommend them to anyone who wants a company they can trust. We also signed up for their yearly plumbing and hvac maintenance package which is a great value and added piece of mind!
Unfortunately I have been stuck with this company because my home warranty uses them. Honestly I’m debating canceling the home warranty just so I don’t have to ever work with them again. The technicians are very nice and seem to be good at their job, but that’s only if you can even get them out to your house. I’ve had many issues with my AC unit over the past year and they’ve had to continue coming back over and over. I think that’s mostly due to having to work with my warranty company, so I’m not blaming them for the fact that it takes 2-4 visits to solve the issue, but it takes multiple phone calls to get them out. And if you work and take off at the allocated time slot so they can fix your unit; too bad! You’ll have to take extra time off the next day and the day after that before they actually come by. I’ve called literally 7 times in 6 days for them to come by and the woman working their dispatch “schedules” me, but then they don’t show, they call 3 hours after their scheduled time, or they show up and don’t call at all so you don’t even know they’ve come until they leave and then call. Save yourself the heat or cold or whatever reason you’re calling them and call Champion AC instead for great customer service and timely visits.
They were set to come out to a rental of mine. After confirming a time, they failed to show up. When I called I was told the tech was running late. It’s now 14 hours past the time the appointment was scheduled... which was three days ago. No one answers the phone, no one calls back when leaving voicemails. This is the most unprofessional place ever. I can’t understand how they stay in business. Do NOT recommend.
I had a heater issue at a new house. Adrian the tech came out on short notice and walked me through everything going on. Courteous and knowledgable, no overcharging! Thanks!
Their tech was over 90 minutes late and did the minimum ... added coolant did a die test and left. The next day the system was already failing to cool. He came back, late again, and determined a the unit had a catastrophic failure. His write up was erroneous and resulted in our insurance plan only paying for a small portion of the repairs. When I called them back, the supervisor said he’d come by to see what he could do ... guess what, he didn’t show up and then stopped taking my calls. The next A/C company I called came quickly and showed me that Trophy left the attic unit in pieces allowing the outside air in. Needless to say my experience was vet poor.
Nothing causes more frustration to a home or business owner than A/C problems. I have dealt with many service companies, some good, some bad; but if you want excellent service every time with great prices, contact Brent Bitner and the good people at Trophy AC! Whether you need a new system or service you will find Trophy AC quick, qualified, and incredible friendly! Best in town!

Awful. They do not answer their phones. They do not return phone calls. They do not show up. They do not fix the problem. The worst company ever. They partner with Fidelity insurance so I highly suggest you refuse this company for service. Nothing but a frustrating experience for well over a month for us and a.c is still not fixed. I would give them a negative after today. The guy finally called one hour and 45 minutes after his 10-12 slot, said with traffic he would be there in 45 minutes, and never showed or called. So frustrating and so hot. This is the address they texted to me for feedback, (twice) . They are known as Trophy a.c.also. 5 hours after the guy called, (1.45 hours after he was supposed to be there) , he said he would be there 2:40-2:45....he called me at 6:20 said he was 10 minutes away. RUN from this company. They are crazy.
Had some issues with our a/c in the middle of the summer heat and couldn’t get any other company to help immediately. Trophy assisted us the same day we made the phone call and solved our problem without any troubles. Absolute professional experience! They even made a follow-up phone call a week later to ensure our a/c was still running well.

A new AC was purchased for my home they put it in took him 12 hours to do it I understand it was hot technician said it would took longer to get there because he had a family emergency once again he's got another family emergency I don't even get a courtesy phone call to fix the damage that they have done very disappointed what kind of business are they running no phone call once again they got my money and the work is not complete they put me off like I am second-rate trash
They fixed AC in this insane Texas weather. Other companies were busy or wouldn't answer. Very pleased with service!

Had problems with my A/C, I called Trophy AC and they had it running great!
Saved our bacon!! Air was out and it was 104 outside!! They fixed my AC and had me cool and comfy in no time!
