Absolute solid crew. Everything from the detailed estimate, walkthrough, communication, speed, and installation of the entire mini split system was phenomenal.
Tom and Mike are true professionals ! I had them install a mini split A/C unit in my home. Couldn't have asked for a better service. It was after the 4th of July, and the temperatures were 100 degrees in the sun. They worked hard to get it done in one day. Had a cool house that night. Recently, I had them work on my direct vent propane heater. They are my go-to company for all my HVAC work ! Try them out, you won't be disappointed!
Trolley Crossing Heating and Cooling is a topnotch company. They were on time, did a very professional job and were extremely good at explaining how the system works. Also, they provided the paperwork and helped us through the process to receive the Energy Savings rebate. This is a great company.

Great HVAC quality
Mike and Tom recently installed a new boiler and 5 mini splits for us. Couldn't ask for a better experience. They were responsive, prompt, informative, and very respectful of the property TC is the gold standard!
Great team - courteous, professional, and quick. I ordered an A/C condenser system only having ductwork in place, and they had a unit installed within two weeks! I went with them over a slightly less expensive company because they use higher quality equipment and they were much more attentive and hands-on to my needs and requests. Thanks for the awesome job, guys.

It is so difficult to find a contractor these days that will do what they say they will do - Mike and Tom did just that. Mike took the time to explain the best locations and unit sizes for each room, as well as how the exterior duct work would lay out. He was spot on! The system looks great, works perfectly, and the Trolley Crossing installation and craftsmanship is superb! We will be using Trolley Crossing on any future projects we have. Trolley Crossing was recommended in an local online community forum. I contacted them to diagnose and repair our aging central AC system. I had a couple companies in over the prior years but I can never reach them again. Mike at Trolley Crossing was very responsive, professional, and on time. Besides a very slow refrigerant leak, the old inefficient condenser needed replacing. There was a slight delay in delivery due to the ongoing supply chain issues, but once it was in, the repair was scheduled, and installed when they said they would. I am very pleased with the work and recommend them.
They were honest, professional and did fantastic work. I wouldn’t use anyone else for my plumbing/heating needs. I wish more companies were like them. It’s two brothers and they work great together
Mike and his team at Trolley are the absolute best! They worked all day to install a new propane system and removed an impossibly heavy old boiler for me. Mike really took the time to explain everything to me and recommended the best option for me. He was available to come out in an emergency when I was having trouble communicating with the fuel company. I could not recommend Trolley enough!
Very high quality and professional services. Mike and his associate showed up on time, kept me updated as to the progress of their work and completed the project when they said they would. Cleaned up after themselves and went over and above when giving me a quote before beginning the project. took the time to fully explain everything and were willing to listen to my questions and concerns. Trolley Crossing is a great company to work with. Mike and Tom are very professional, polite and will explain everything to you. They will answer all your questions and review any concerns that you may have. They installed two Fujitsu splits in 2017 and returned to cover my line set that had not been put in a vinyl enclosure due to its location. We set up a date, they came and did and awesome job. I worked alongside these guys today while I did another job for the homeowner and had my 2yo little buddy with me. I was detailing a vehicle and my little buddy had gone and found the guys which were obviously way cooler with all the tools than I was with my cleaning stuff. I wasn't aware but the head guy.. who is also a veteran.. had taken time from his lunch and made lil man his own wooden hammer. Id recommend them in a heartbeat just from how amazing they are as people and their work was done with attention to detail.. which also is also a plus.

I highly recommend Trolley Crossing Contracting. As new home owners, my boyfriend and I completely freaked out when we found out that our boiler needed to be replaced. We had so many questions and concerns, and Mike was extremely responsive to all of them. He even notified us of a high efficiency rebate program and his new financing options. The project was completed in two days and they did not leave until it was finished to their standards. We were in complete awe when they were done. The new high efficiency boiler looked like just a suitcase on our wall, and it was so quiet. We immediately noticed a huge change in the amount of hot water we had and how fast the house heated up. Mike and Tom also both went the extra mile by showing us small issues that could potentially impact the new boiler. Such as a drafty door and plastic dryer vent. This showed me that they want to ensure you nothing but success with your new system.
