Had an emergency with my boiler and they squeezed me in the schedule so that my house wouldn’t be freezing cold. Friendly and informative, but above all, their customer service makes the difference
Wayne and his crew were awesome. We had to have a new furnace and A.C. installed at it was effortless from them. They really helped us out in a pinch. Pricing for service was honest. Professional all the way from start to finish…. Definitely recommend to anyone who needs H-vac service.
We got a complete system installed: AC (4 ton 16 SEER), furnace, heat exchanger, and whole house humidifier. Tyler had a very challenging job in that it was a very tight space to get the old system out and the new system in. (Think Sawzall cutting up the old system etc.) Tyler and company worked their butts off to get the job done under challenging circumstances! They are dedicated to their craft and extremely knowledgeable (Tyler answered a bunch of questions I had during install).
I had my 19 year old furnace and AC replaced in July 2022 by Wayne and his team. They did a great job at a great price. Had a couple questions after the install and they are still very responsive and great customer service. I got probably 8 different quotes and I am well versed in HVAC systems and even some DIY HVAC in the past. I highly recommend these guys, the Goodman systems they sell have some of the best warranties if you register them after the install compared to the competition.
I had an appointment with a two hour window and they did not show up. I called them again to see where they were and left a voicemail yesterday and today I still have not received a call. In response to the owner, I never received a call. In fact, Tyler texted me later apologizing for now showing up on August 7th.
Tyler is very skilled, got right to the problem that another HVAC person walked away from. I would highly recommend their services.
My AC broke down in the middle of the summer and Tyler did an Incredible job installing a new AC unit and new Furnace in my house. It was 80 degrees in my house and the AC unit brought it back down to 68 degrees in no time. Tyler was very nice, professional and extremely smart at his job. He gave me a great price too. I recommend him and Triton HVAC to everyone. Thank you so much. Salute from an Army Soldier.
Super Helpful and professional, able to get me on the schedule very quickly. When they came out to my house they had a technician look at my Air conditioning unit and give me an Actual solution for it rather than just replacing the entire unit like several other companies in town tried to do. These people were extremely professional, kind and down to earth very easy to work with and the pricing was unbeatable. Just can't recommend this company enough, if your considering a service for your heating or air-conditioning I would call them for sure. Thank you all so much for your help.
Needed AC repair on a really hot Sunday. Our regular repair people are closed, so called Triton. They came that afternoon, fixed the AC quickly and for a good price. Thanks!!
Tyler came out to do my AC/Heater installed, I was very happy with his work. I got quoted between 9-12k from 4-5 different company’s while they got it done for around 6k. Extremely affordable compared to other company’s. Got a 2 stage furnace with a 2.5 ton 16 seer A/C. Cannot recommend them enough.
Wayne saved us. We called him late in the evening because our furnace stopped working. He tried to helps us any way he could before actually having to show up at the property. When everything else failed he came by. That might nothing could be done and he left us space heaters. Early the next day he came and replaced the piece that was wrong.
Quoted $936 to replace inducer motor, found the part online for $70 and did it myself, six screws and one hex nut. Technician was very friendly and polite, I would expect a mark up to have it done on the spot but that is just crazy. Won’t be using them in the future.
I have called twice in a pinch. Once the end of July when I needed AC installed because I was dying from the heat. It was done within a week and beat every price in town. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I had to leave during install and had no concerns. I called them again on a Saturday to get an appt next week because I haven't been able to use the heat all week and it's been 40-50in my house. They came out same day, within 30 min of calling. This company has customer service at their heart and it shows. Not ever going to anyone else for any HVAC needs.
Added AC and electrical. Fast and prompt service. Very pleased will use again in the future! I highly recommend for your cooling and heating

Wayne with Triton HVAC was an incredible person to work with. He was able to make it out within a few hours of our conversation, and had everything running better than ever within a day from the first call. Not only did he get everything squared away for our AC unit right away, he also followed up to make sure that things were still going smoothly. (They are!) Triton will be my first call for any HVAC needs I have in the future, and I will be recommending them to everybody I know.
