They were called out to repair my heat. It kept running all of the time and would not cut off. They came out and determined what the problem was, and then didn't come to repair it for 2 weeks! My heat was on Emergency Heat, costing me a pretty penny on my electric bill! I find that taking 2 weeks to repair a unit ridiculous !
I finally feel like I've got a good "HVAC guy" that I can call on. Needed service on a Sunday and Tristar made it happen. Thank you George for the excellent service at a FAIR price! Highly satisfied.
