Moved into a new-to-me manufactured home, and finally tried out the AC on the first 90-degree day to find it did not function. August came out the next morning, on time, and quickly identified disconnected wiring, missing fuses, but sufficient refrigerant. A quick trip to a local family-owned hardware store (thanks for that tip!) and the output was a cool 53 degrees at the register. Washed down the area around the condenser, wore shoe covers even while just in the mudroom, everything back in its place. Took an hour, with friendly, courteous conversation throughout the visit including a few tips to keep things running smooth, and the bottom line price was so reasonable! Can't beat service like this, highly recommend.
August was on time and performed a detailed inspection and annual service. Had to call him back after the big storm at the end of May to confirm system was OK after a close call with lightning. Quick response! Had to reset the AC pad due uneven ground settling. August was able to come by the next day to get that done. Great service.

Very prompt to appointment and he answered the phone right away every time I needed to touch base. The heating unit was extensively evaluated and very detailed explanation of the broken parts were shown to me and explained. I highly recommend this company!
I highly recommend August. He is very experienced, knowledgeable, and professional. He takes great pride in his work. He replaced two conditioners for us as quoted and for a reasonable price.

Found water and oil in garage of our part-time condo. Called Triple Point and August came immediately, He identified the problem of the hot water tank, got one and installed it immediately. I asked if he would install a thermostat I wanted and he installed that too! He pointed out a bldg sprinkler leak in the same area as the water heater and, not only advised me that it was probably HOA, he followed up with me to make sure I got it fixed with them ok! You just don't get this kind of service anymore! August is so personable and fair. I requested business cards to pass out to everyone I know! This is the first review I have written but he deserves to be highly recommended.
Our heat stopped working during the week of sub-zero temperatures. I contacted August at Triple Point Heating and Air, and he was able to come take a look within a couple hours. He explained exactly what the issue was and provided several options for repair. He was easy to work with, professional, and fair with pricing. August got our heat up running again in a timely manner - we will definitely be using Triple Heating and Air again!

Aug did such a thorough job of trouble-shooting our A/C system in our new home. We had someone from the Homeowners Assoc. come out before, but the problem persisted. Aug figured out what was wrong right away, and immediately went to work. It's been working perfectly ever since. Thank you for your professionalism and expertise.
