Overall I’m happy with Triple O and the install experience. AJ the installer was very good and explained everything very clearly. The workmanship looks excellent, they even straightened out some sketchy ducting from the original construction. But during the sales process be sure to to ask lots of questions. The AC they sold me was a discontinued Heil unit, apparently some supply chain issues with the current model and the old stock from the warehouse is what was available. It may have saved me some money, but I would probably have paid more for the newer one (if available). I at least would have liked to be better informed as the newer unit would have qualified for a tax credit the old stock unit doesn’t qualify for. So just ask questions and do your research.
JP Heating and Cooling was terrific. I needed a new furnace. Josh came out and evaluated my home and gave me 3 quotes on various models. He explained everything that would be done and what was covered in great detail. There were no surprises! When it came to installation, everything was perfect. Communication was amazing. Responses were given within minutesp of sending an inquiry. I would definitely recommend JP Heating and Cooling to everyone.
Josh also performed maintenance on our gas fireplace.
We have been trying to get in touch with Josh since the new HVAC unit he installed has been giving us some issues. My husband and I have both called and left multiple voicemails over a month and we have not received a single call so far. Poor customer service and after service follow up.
My furnace had not been performing correctly for about a week to the point it got so cold I couldn't stand it anymore. I reached out to JP Heating and Cooling and Josh was at my home within a couple hours. Josh identified the problem, fixed it and my heat was restored!
Heat went out today during the storm, any place else could not get to us till Sunday or Monday. JP Heating and Cooling was able to come right out and help us within 30 minutes of my call. Quick fix and reasonable prices! THANK YOU!!!

Josh was fantastic! Just needed quick furnace maintenance/tune up before winter. Most placed were scheduling two weeks out, but Josh was able to come out within 2 days! He was on time and super nice, explained everything he did, made some great suggestions, and the service was very fairly priced! Only came to diagnose the problem of water on the floor and advised me on what needed to be done to correct the problem.
