Very unprofessional, borderline abusive
Clifton (Triple C's HVAC) has done several repairs at my home and installed AC today and I must say from call/quote to finished job he exceeded my expectations!!! I had one of my other units done by a "TV Commercial" company and wish I knew about him before. He not installed professionally but was honest about my options and spent time to explain the micro details for my understanding. I highly recommend him and will keep apart of my network for life!!!
ROAD RAGE 360 & I-20… Out of control, belligerent, rude, no regard for other people, unpolished, unprofessional, just the kind of man you’d want to come inside your home and fix your HVAC. Triple C truck nearly sideswiped me. I called the ph# on the service truck and after I explained that I was nearly sideswiped and that the driver was extremely aggressive with his driving, the driver began screaming at me!!! The owner was the driver, I told him I was going to call the DPS. That only exasperated the situation, I hung up my phone and he called back and began screaming again. I told him I was going to call the police and hung up, he called again, I then blocked his call.

My experience with Triple C was awesome! From the price to customer service, the attention to detail was unlike any of my other experiences with A.C. companies. Clifton arrived on time with his son and one of his employees and they went straight to work. Clifton also installed a new thermostat and i asked if he had another for my other unit; he did so he installed. After the thermostat installation Clifton was showing me how to work it, his son said "excuse me sir" I stepped out the way and his son began to clean the face of the thermostat which wasn't dirty at all, talking about going above and beyond! In my city when you have a new A.C. installed it has to be inspected by code inforcement, Clifton actually came out the day before inspection to make sure his worker did everything properly. Triple C are true honest professionals that I HIGHLY recommend. I now have an A.C. company for life! Ken R Mansfield Tx

Triple C’S HVAC Installed a 3 1/2 ton Inside and outside. They also replace all my old duckWork with new duck work. Clifton’s Knowledge of the AC business is second to none. I recommend triple C’s HVAC for all your air-conditioning
