My air condition unit has been installed properly and it’s working very well. I put in a claim from choice home warranty. It has been a truly disturbing experience with choice home warranty and this replacement of this unit. My home warranties company sent Trinity Pros to my home on April 20, 2023, because I had concerns that the system was not cooling the home. Technician Alan came out he was on time, very knowledgeable of his craft. He respected the property gave helpful information on what was going on. Took his time checking out everything. He told me what I need and was going to check with my warranty company to see if it was covered. Haven’t heard anything on a couple of issues that was a concern for him. But all in all Alan did a wonderful job and I will surely ask the home warranty company to send them back. I would like to know if my home warranty company reached back out to you with the findings that you presented to them on my system. BIG THANK YOU ALAN.
Hey, Michael, service technician with Trinity was great. He was on time and fixed the issue. Awesome professionalism, and a beautiful personality. Wore mask and 🧤 gloves, secured doors after every exit. Honest, refunded monies for Parts not needed. Would recommend Trinity and Michael to all my Neighbors. Thanks again!!!
I used this company through my home warranty. They came out twice for repairs and were unable to fix my HVAC. In the beginning, they were responsive and reasonable. After two failed attempts, the needed a larger party approved by my home warranty company which was obtained (see screenshot attached). This issue has left me without heat over the entire month of February.
Alan was ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC! He was patient and kind! He was so thoughtful enough to explain to me what was happening and what the issue could be with my gas furnace! He went through all of the steps and made sure I understood to the best of my abilities. He sought the advice of those who were a bit more versed in an area if he wasn't too sure. He made me feel comfortable and I was confident that he would get my furnace fixed! Thank you so much Trinty Pro Services for employing such amazing people!

When the first company scheduled through my home warranty couldn’t come for 5 days, Michael of Trinity came out right away and completed the repairs in under 30 minutes! What a blessing! It’s hot but now our AC is fixed! Thank you!

Contractor was very nice and professional. Took the time to make sure I understood what was wrong and what he was going to do to fix my AC Unit from leaking. I would absolutely use them again, though I hope it’s for maintenance and not a repair next time!!

Our A/C broke in the middle of the night. Even with the blinds closed and lights turned off inside of our house was reaching 82 degrees. I work from home and have a 2 year old and a puppy so we were miserable to say the least. Trinity Pro Services is a company that cares and doesn't see their clients as just another dollar sign. Knowing I have a toddler they went above and beyond to ensure our A/C was up and working again as soon as possible. The phone operator was by far the best customer service I have ever received. The technician arrived promptly and clearly had extensive knowledge of A/C and HVAC systems. Had every part we needed right in his van eliminating the need to order any parts. They were able to get our A/C up and running within 12 hours of it breaking. Absolutely amazing! Couldn't recommend this company enough.
