I was blown away when Trinity HVAC Solutions (Pete) was the only company that returned my call out of approximately 15 companies that I had called. Not only did he call me back but within minutes apologizing for missing my call at 7 PM. Then his team came all the way to my property (from Arroyo Grande to 10 miles east of Paso Robles) as soon as they could arriving at 9:30 PM and staying until the job was done leaving at 11:45PM...Unbelievable!!! Who does that anymore?? Obviously Trinity HVAC Solultions!!! Very knowledgable, polite, explained and showed everything to me...I can not say enough great things about this company!! Thank you again Pete & Ryan ...you guys are the best.
I called them on a Saturday and they said that they would come and they informed me that since it was a weekend that it will cost $250.00 and I said ok. They came and checked out the AC unit and told me that the AC compressor was bad. The next day they called me and said they wanted to check one more thing and will be back on Monday they checked the AC unit capacitor and it was bad they went and picked one up and installed it and the unit worked.then they told me that the service will be $350.00.I felt that it was over charge.
Working with this company was a great experience. They were very professional, knowledgeable and punctual. They worked with us to repair our heating system and save us money by repairing our heater and not having to replace the whole system. We will definitely be using them for all of our HVAC needs in the future and recommend them every time.
This is a new company but they have lots of experience. They seem to really know what they are doing. I’m not an HVAC person but needed help with routine maintenance at my business and I could tell they are thorough and detail oriented. They came into my office and did a complete check of my HVAC. They found some significant issues in the way the system was originally installed (hole in exhaust vent, drain pipes not connected) and corrected them. They are timely, communicative, professional, and good to work with. I would highly recommend.
These guys are GREAT! They came in to cover for another HVAC team (from our contractor) and saved the day! They were very polite, responsive, professional and timely, they also worked well within our unusual “situation” towards finding the right solution for us. I sincerely recommend them highly!
We used Trinity to completely replace the HVAC systems in our home renovation project. They provided thoughtful guidance and planning input at the outset so that we ended up with the quality system that we wanted. The installation was very professional and we enjoyed working with Pete and Ryan, and would highly recommend them.
The team was very knowledgeable when it came to recommending and installing my thermostat. I am not super tech-savvy but they showed me the benefits of going to a smart thermostat and how I can save energy.
Ryan and Pete were very courteous and friendly during their maintenance on my HVAC. They worked around my crazy schedule and came out immediately and fixed my HVAC so I could get heat again. They answered all of my questions and had a lot of knowledge about the unit and what I can do to make sure it functions well in the future. I highly recommend Trinity for any of your HVAC needs- I will definitely call them back in the future!
Easy to work with and professional. Ryan helped me better understand my thermostat and its functions. Would definitely use them again.
