Shout out and thank you to Trinity Heating and Cooling!! Blake came out to take a look at our furnace this morning to see why it was making a high pitched noise when the heat was running. Turned out to be a very minor fix, but he was very thorough, knowledgeable, and informative...and he put on shoe covers as soon as he entered our house so he wouldn't track any dust/dirt into our house, which was nice! If you have any HVAC needs in the Peoria-area I would highly recommend Blake Barnard and Trinity Heating & Cooling!

Blake was fantastic to work with. He responded quickly to my request for service and kept me updated on his arrival. Not only did he take the time to explain my a/c problem, but he also thoroughly checked everything whereas many others would have just stuck a quick bandaid on the issue and been on their way. He was very professional and kind. His prices were extremely reasonable and honest. Blake even checked in throughout the day and the next to make sure everything was running as it should. I would recommend Blake with Trinity to anyone in need of heating and cooling services! Thank you again for the wonderful service, you saved my family from melting in this heat!

Blake was professional, detail oriented, and got the job done. And, his observations helped us to understand the condition of the system beyond the one thing that needed fixed, allowing us to better prepare for future expenses.
