Tim was awesome! I called him for a bid on a new ac unit and furnace, he came out immediately and was able to get started next day. Highly recommend!!

Tim did a great job replacing our blower motor and circuit board on our air conditioner. It was crazy hot outside and I'm sure he was busy with other jobs, but he made it out quickly, did the repair fast, and charged us way less I thought. It's nice to meet someone who is still an honest businessman nowadays.
I've used Tim for several years for simple repairs and maintenance and he's always done a great job, but everything changed the last time he visited my house and said that I needed a new air conditioner. I had to put down a $2,000 deposit which made me very nervous, wait 4 more days with no a/c for him to start the job and then 2 more days to finish. Then he pestered me constantly for the remaining payment for the next 24 hours and insisted that I pay cash. I would still recommend him for small simple jobs if you can get him to answer the phone, but stay away if you need a new ac/furnace/or major expensive repair. He's currently not able to handle those professionally at all
