So I am back to see how Saul is doing. I am visiting again my daughter but now my grandson is now four and just went somewhere in Austin to see his favorite tv character BLIPPI last night with his dad. I wrote a review about Saul over three years ago and now I am saying that cream rises to the top. I am 79 and rapidly closing in on 80 and when I say an expression like that(a good expression) I fail to realize my listening audience probably never heard that before. Another expression is it looks like it was done by a shoemaker. Not a good expression but it really means that somebody tried but never got the job done right. Now can you even find a shoemaker to put on a pair of heels or new soles? Anyway In a few hours, or maybe Monday since it is Saturday and very early I will be calling this young man to tell him about my NEW 1 year old grandaughter and catch up on MAYBE his famiy has grown. And also to talk about the shoemaker that installed a mini split on a remodel for my daughter and can not be found. Such is unreliable subcontractors. Not Saul because when he says he will be there he is. Maybe 10 minutes late like 3 plus years ago(he had to help his mother). The guy only knows the truth and a good practising Catholic I might add. That is where the trinity comes from, a belief in God. I must also ask him about Israel who was not with him then. I am sure that he needed an extra set of hands because he does good quality work and is afforable. BETER CALL SAUL.
It’s a good thing I waited until I got home from a birthday lunch before I called, or they would have beaten me home! I fully expected to have to swelter for hours or even days, but they were there in 20 minutes! In less than two hours, they had thoroughly checked everything, found the problems in both units (explaining what they were doing and why every step of the way), replaced the necessary part to get one unit running smoothly and cooling the house back down, cleaned up and put things back together, and explained some possible options for the other (very old) unit. Once he sends quotes for those, we’ll decide what to do and proceed with that, but meanwhile we are no longer melting! Yay Saul!

I was recommended by a friend to call Saul at Trinity Heating and Air Conditioning and I can confidently say I’m glad I did. Saul is a true professional that takes pride in his work. I ended up replacing an older upstairs A/C system that was having issues. On first contact, Saul answered all my questions very clearly over the phone. He came out and inspected my home and the old system and showed me his previous work and reviews and I was immediately impressed. I have heard in A/C if the system is installed correctly it was last and this is one of the many reasons I chose Saul. Their attention to detail was second to none and I am extremely happy with the end result.
Update 2023: It's been three years since Saul has been doing routine maintenance on our A/C unit. We still enthusiastically maintain our five star rating of his work. Since his first service call, Saul has also replaced all our A/C ducts, identified modifications to the duct work that has improved air flow, fixed a blown capacitor (amazingly quickly during the busiest and hottest part of the summer), and most recently replaced our entire HVAC system. Our old system was at least five years past its estimated life and still going strong which I attribute to Saul's exceptional maintenance visits. Every single time, he was highly transparent about the work being done, why it was being done, and the options available to us. From the smallest to largest job, his work has always been high quality. He has customer for life. We had Saul come over for a yearly check-up of both our heating and A/C systems. The voice mail we left was returned quickly and he was very accommodating in setting the appointment. He showed up right on time, was very conscientious about keeping our floors clean by putting on and taking off shoe protectors every time he left and came into the house. He was very thorough and took his time to explain to us everything he did and why, while referencing the manufacturer's recommended specs and how our system's measurements compared. He didn't try to sell us any repairs and let us make our own decision based on the information he collected from the system, providing his expert opinion when we asked. He showed us in detail how our system worked and explained how to keep it performing at top efficiency. We learned so much and he really did seem to enjoy sharing his knowledge. When he was done, he immediately emailed us a report of all the measurements he took and made sure it was received before he left. The data geek in me was very impressed that he planned to use these measurements for comparison the next time he came for the yearly check-up to see how

Saul did a great job. The issue with our system was not reproducible, but he returned regularly as the issue occurred. He resolved the issue once he caught it. He is super thorough and extremely professional.

I had Israel and Saul out to my house today and they were every bit as good as these reviews say they are!! Both of them were so nice, explained everything fully, showed me before and after photos and were so enjoyable to be around. I couldn’t have asked for better service. I’ve had Saul from Trinity come to my house twice now to help add refrigerant to my AC/Heating units as well as run diagnostics to determine a leak. He is always very knowledgeable and professional. We really appreciate working with Saul and the Trinity team.
The AC went out on my son’s rental home…the one he JUST moved in to. On a Friday. In 103 degree weather. And it’s 96 degrees in the house and the owner cannot be contacted!!! REALLY?! Being new to the Austin area, we had to find a REPUTABLE and RELIABLE HVAC service to come out on a Friday night and hopefully get this thing repaired! Trinity Heating and Air Conditioning to the rescue—Saul was the MAN! He made it out within hours and explained the process and repairs as well as the costs before he did the work. Saul was patient, knowledgeable and efficient and he saved the day for us! The costs were VERY reasonable and warrantied. Thank goodness we now have someone to rely on for the repair and maintenance of the house heating and cooling system. If you are in the Austin area and need a professional, reliable and experienced AC company, I HIGHLY recommend Trinity Heating and Air Conditioning. Thanks for saving the day Trinity and Saul!
The AC went out late Friday night. I tried several '24' hour services but Trinity was the only on that answered. They got me an appointment for 9 am the next day. I could have made it sooner but didn't want to disturb the neighbors so late at night. Saul came over on time and found the problem within 15 min. He had the replacement part in his truck and my AC was working within 20 min. I highly recommend them and I will definitely use them for any AC or heating needs.
