I purchase a service agreement and I can never get in touch with anyone to have service inspections performed
Companys driver was texting on 590 cutoff my 8 month pregnant wife almost hit her and didnt even notice because he was to busy using his phone. Company had no response about the situation
I have an old furnace (Trane) and it stopped working overnight. I woke up to my house being 55 degrees. A friend on Facebook referred me to this company and they were to my house in less than an hour after I called them. Unfortunately because I have an old furnace the part to fix it wasn't readily available here in Rochester so they had to expedite shipment on the part from Brooklyn NY but would still take four days to arrive. The service man Ryan was so incredibly kind and brought me three space heaters to keep my family warm until the part arrived. I highly recommend this company. They are fast, professional, and caring.
Trident installed my HVAC system at my house. Their team gave me a great price, did a fantastic job and even came in to check on the unit as soon as the weather changed to winter. I could not recommend their friendly staff more highly.
