I needed a new system to replace the one that came with the home. They came out and replaced the system with a new coil and condenser unit. The guys were professional and friendly and made quick work of the replacement. I would recommend them to anyone who needs any HVAC work done.
Told the man that this was not normal leakage he lied said he fixed and didn't fix nothing ac still leaking. If he wasn't so concerned with how many dogs I have in MY home that I pay the mortgage for . Then maybe he could have correctly fixed my air Conditioner. I could have 30 dogs you do the serviciyour paid for then go about your business. All the dogs in my home are well taken care of
I live in the Kernersville area and my units were old and in need of complete replacement. I had 5 different HVAC companies come to my house to give me a location. Kyle from Triad Controlled Climate came to look over the house and was very nice. Their price was very competitive. They came in and installed two complete systems in a very timely fashion, they were polite and they cleaned up after the work was completed. I will for sure use them anytime I need work done and highly recommend that you consider them for your projects.
I would highly recommend Triad Controlled Climate! Charlotte provided excellent customer service and worked me into a busy schedule to get my a/c serviced after another company failed to call or show for a scheduled appointment. Kyle and Jeremy were very timely, personable, professional and knowledgeable. I will use them again in the future.
We have a 12 y/o heat pump unit that is running only through the work of Triad Controlled Climate. Adam has been out here multiple times in summer and winter. Kyle & Jeremy just installed some nice smart thermostats in our home in less than an hour. We first came across TCC under our 2-10 Homebuyers warranty and they have only proved to very professional, honest, and polite in all their dealings with us. We will continue to call on them when we need the A/C serviced, good local company with ties to the community.

Fast service, great prices, friendly, knowledgeable, and above all, honest! Honesty is hard to come by in this business, so many of the large corporate HVAC outfits will needlessly gouge on freon refills, capacitors, and contactors. NOT HERE! Fair and honest everytime. Oh, and if you're thinking of replacing a unit, definitely get a quote here. They crush the competition on high quality systems from Rheem and Ruud with the best prices.
The customer service was absolutely amazing. From the initial call full of care and genuine concern to the 2 amazing men Kyle & Adam (I think that was his name) coming a little earlier than expected but confirming that to be ok, to the short amount of time to repair my unit to making sure that I was satisfied. Highly recommended!!!
Wonderful work by great guys
Adam came to fix my air conditioner late on a Friday afternoon, my house was 85 degrees before he arrived. He was very knowledgeable and gave me some tips to maintain and take care of my system. Great service
Fantastic service, arrived on-time and found the problem right away and shared info about the nature of the failure and that they would replace with higher-quality parts. Highly recommended!
