Extremely responsive, great quality, best pricing and goes above and beyond! We called on a Sunday, had the team out Monday to inspect our AC unit, and a new one was installed Tuesday. The team even installed a few extra items at no charge. We’re sitting happily in our very cool home and very thankful. The only company we will use from now on!
Very professional and knowledgeable. He was able to inspect, diagnose, and repair our 3 systems in in one appointment. He was on time, friendly, affordable, and so easy to work with. Will always call these guys for our business and our Home. 10 stars, and will always recommend to our family and friends from now on.
Outstanding experience. My old unit was damaged during the hurricane and had to be replaced. One big company in the tirad quoted me $1000 higher than Triad Air and was going to take weeks to do the replacement. Triad Air did my replacement and thermostat install THE NEXT DAY. Steve was so wonderful to work, kept me in the loop on everything. When he was done, he gave me a thorough explanation for what he did. I really hope I don’t have any HVAC needs soon, but if I do, I will be using Triad Air
My insurance send this lady I don’t know how she thinks not even say hello or anything looks she was sleeping she came to inspect my AC anyone can tell me is okay to go to work like this please if she not working for this company I’m sorry to put this picture.
After calling several companies in the triad, my son mentioned this company. I called and within a day Steve was out and beat everyone’s price. Within a couple of days my new unit was in and running great. I cannot say enough about this company. They went way beyond what was expected. You couldn’t even tell they had been there. I have a new heating and air and new friends. Wonderful company to work with.. thank you Steve and Mallory!!

I don't usually leave reviews, but after working with a group of people like Steve and his team it is impossible not to! We couldn't have asked for a better experience. I was dreading the day we had to replace our old system, but their team could not have been more patient and helpful throughout the entire process. They went out of their way to assist us in every way imaginable, adding extra touches for no other reason but out of the goodness of their own hearts. If you're looking for someone you can trust in an industry that can be overwhelming for most of us, look no further because you've found them. Any time someone I know in the future is in need of some help with their heating and cooling I now can say with confidence "I've got the guy for you."
The guys were friendly, on time and did what they said they would do. Seem to care about their work. Hard to find these days.
Steve is a great guy to deal with they were able to fix my system in one day and they are there for you 24/7. I will definitely use them again if the need arises !

The personnel at Triad Air systems were the most professional and nice I have ever had in my home. The beat their competitors prices and had my new system in and working great soon than I expected. I will never use another company again. I highly recommend them to any company or individual looking for professional work!
Working with Steve is a breath of fresh air. He's not only responsive to service calls but helpful in explaining what is actually going on with my units. He never tries to sell me something that I don't need, and often warns me about others trying to overcharge. I often find it difficult to trust service techs when it comes to ANY home repairs, but Steve's manner, openness, and knowledge make it a breeze. Ok, no more puns. Traid Air is the only company I plan to use going forward.
