This group was fantastic! Staff listened to my needs and were able to conduct a thorough condo heating & HVAC repair & report to help determine if my condo unit had any heating issues. I was very pleased with their feedback as well as their professional opinion and expertise. They were truthful and assured me that everything was fine, despite my tenants' complaint about an issue that previous tenants had never raised. I had received an unbiased third-party opinion. They were efficient and quick. I strongly advise.
From start to finish, the entire company was responsive and professional. Staff was great to work with in terms of determining what I needed and quickly scheduling my installation. He arrived to install and was fantastic; he had everything installed and cleaned up in no time. Their work astounded me. I strongly recommend it.

This company is really professional, and they kept us updated on the condition of our equipment every few days. We were pleasantly delighted that it arrived earlier than planned. Our heating system was giving us problems. When I called Tri-County Hvac & Contracting, the receptionist was really helpful and able to send a technician the same day. The technician was really knowledgeable and thorough. He spent his time cleaning and checking the system, and our heater is now fully operational. Thank you for your prompt attention. Winston was wonderful to work with, personable, knowledgeable and responsive. He came out to assess our home within a few days of inquiring and had a proposal with recommendations on what would work for our home based on our design and criteria. The estimate was the most reasonable one we received. The team was able to complete the removal of our old HVAC system and install a new furnace and AC unit within 2 weeks. The system is working great and is much more efficient. He even checked in on the installation the day after to confirm we were having no issues. We had been exploring other contractors for more than 2 months and Tri county assessed and completed the entire project in under 3 weeks. Can't say enough good things about this team!

Winston and the team were awesome. I needed a heat pump relocated from a difficult location and they made it look easy. They took care of everything and made sure the unit was working well before they completed the job. I wouldn’t use any other company for my HVAC needs.
We had a traditional ducted air conditioner installed in our home (one in basement, one in attic). They did a great job. Biggest pros were price, responsiveness, and fast scheduling and completion. The work they did was also very neat and they even removed a small bush to accommodate the new units.
