Called left message. Finally called back a day later. Came out said wire was bad. Fixed that and later that night it wasn’t working again. We called them yesterday and left 4 messages. Today still no answer. We are sweltering in the house. They don’t seem to care. Not sure how they got a 5 star rating. We are calling another company to fix our a/c !!!!!!!

We had to use these guys through our home warranty and they are con men. He came out, reset the breaker and cleaned the coils that didn't need cleaned (i cleaned out a/c coils at work just last week so i know what im talking about). He charged us over $100 for that and didn't even put my hose back. Save your money, use someone else.

Wish I could rate 0, definitely wish I read the reviews because they are correct. Don’t use them. We just moved into our new house a week ago & the AC isn’t working, we have a home warranty so we called them to come out (our only option to use), they came quickly but we later found out the home warranty wasn’t going to cover & we had a manufactured warranty. Scott called me demanding $90 even though our deductible is $75. We are more then happy to pay him for his time but once he found out we had to use another company he tried upcharging us & was very rude. He kept grunting & getting angry with me for no reason when I was apologizing for having to use someone else. SAVE YOUR MONEY PEOPLE. 👏🏼

Extremely rude and unprofessional. Both Scott and his employees. Called them only due to my home warranty. If I didnt have to use them I'd cancel them as soon as I called to have them come out. First time 5 minutes to do nothing then over month later to come back for same issue. Since i had more symptoms to explain to them. I guess gas and fire arent that big a deal when it shoot out 6 inches because in their eyes just replace the furnace. Instead of looking to see if it's a easy fix. Oh and forget telling Scott about how the employee handled the same issue last time. You cant talk negative or say what you feel was wrong. Scott will actually threat to leave. Here 5 minutes and his remedy was replacing our better filter for the cheapest you can get. I called the warranty company and made a complaint twice. I severe aniexty and other disabilities. I was upstairs hyperventilating and trying desperately to calm down at the way he was treating me. I knew this was how it was gonna go based on his employee last time and the call for him to come this time. Called said they were coming later and then hung up. No time nothing. Extremely rude boss reflects the entire company

Great service. Timely and professional from beginning to end, with the winter months coming up it was a relief to have peace of mind knowing I was in good hands. Scott was a godsend!

Have had Tri-County install both furnace & A/C in my home, install a new water heater, do seasonal maintenance and simple wiring jobs. Very responsive and I have been satisfied with results!

I called Tri County when my air conditioning went out on one of the hottest days of the year so far - it was miserably hot and I thought it might be a day or two before they could come and help me. I called in the morning and Scott told me he could be there that afternoon! He gave me a small window of time (so I wasn't waiting around all day) when he said he would arrive and he was there. They were friendly, got the job done quickly, and my AC was back up and running in less than 20 minutes. The repair cost was reasonable and I thought they did a good job. Would recommend.

I couldn't believe how quick and efficient the whole process was with working with my home warranty and with Scott. I was waiting for a "snafu" of some sort, but it never happened! I called my home warranty company with a sump pump issue. They gave me Tri-County Heating and Cooling's number. I asked if I needed a work order number or something to reference when I called Tri-County. Home Warranty said no, that they would provide the information and all I needed to pay was $75, anything else above $100 Tri-County would need to call them. I called Tri-County and left a message. Shortly after, I received a return call from Scott. I began to explain my issue, but he seemed informed of the situation already and said he would be there within the hour. What a surprise and relief!! When I got to my house, Scott and another employee were there waiting for me. I showed them the sump pump and they immediately got to work. The hardest part of the whole thing was that Menards, Lowe's and Home Depot ran out of the pump I needed, so Scott had to go out of town to get me a pump. He called me to apprise me of the situation and the estimated time for them to get back to my house. Once they got back to my house it was less than 30 minutes and the new sump pump was installed. Talk about impressed! Very friendly and efficient customer service and workmanship. Told him I would be calling them to check out my furnace and air conditioner and possibly install a new thermostat. They have definitely won my business!!!

My furnace was not going above 65 degrees. I called Scott at tri county and told him my problem. Within an hour he was at my house and replaced the igniter in the furnace. He was fast, and very nice. He even explained to me what was wrong with it.

Absolutely terrible service! Scott and I played phone tag. When I told him we hired someone else to do the job he became irate, he used profanity including the f word. He asked me what was wrong with this world that we couldn't wait. I asked him not to curse at me and he yelled into the phone and hung up on me. I am so shocked that he was so awful. I will definitely be passing along my review to as many people as possible. What a terrible person.

The 1 star given here isn't close to accurate. It is a ZERO. Horrible customer service, speaks to customers like they have no idea what they're talking about. Told us "each home needs 1-5lbs of Freon each year & if you have a leak it would cost you at least $1,000 for us to even check for it and we just don't have time." Not only is the 1-5lbs a lie, he cursed at me when I told him that the way things happened were very unprofessional, the first time he hung up on me, I called back to let him know that I will not be paying the bill he left, we told them to call prior to doing ANY work, they did not. he again told me he didn't have time to "wait around and call". I said the way you have spoken to me is wrong, he continued to curse at me and said you know what lady so I hung up. Never let Tri County Heating & Cooling step foot in your home.

Extremely unprofessional, disrespectful, and unable to do the job. The WORST service I've ever experienced. I would NEVER let them back in my home! Very unprofessional and didn't even finish putting the oven back together! We were assigned this company by our home warranty to repair our oven. Scott was completely unprofessional and broke an additional piece of the oven when trying to repair the first. Now we have to pay for both. He would leave for hours at a time, but leave the oven pulled out and pulled apart in our kitchen, blocking us from using the kitchen at all. He did not come when he said he would, and showed up when I was trying to get my kids lunch. He would ask to use the restroom (I have no problem with that) but never washed his hands! He tracked the dirt and water from outside all through my house. He ran when he had the check, but when I opened the oven, it wasn't even put back together! There were still pieces on my floor and counter. Now it takes longer to preheat and smells AWFUL! My husband came home and pulled it out, and the back of the oven was replaced backwards! We will be having someone else look at it! Extremely unprofessional, disrespectful, and unable to do the job.

I made contact with Scott with Tri County Heating & Cooling by way of Home Warranty. Scott was at our home several times, and other than his attitude that suggested that he was doing me a favor by doing his job, he wasn't so bad. Our water heater had issue which Scott fixed. He was out our home 3 times before it was fixed. The first time was to diagnose the problem, the second was to attempt replace the part (which came defective from the manufacturer), and the third time he was able to replace the part. It then developed another issue the same night, about two hours after he left. I started trying to contact Scott about 8:00 am the following morning in order to get him out there to see what the issue was. It was a Friday, and we had been without hot water since the previous Friday. We were trying to avoid going another weekend without hot water. I attempted calling Scott until about 1:00 pm and heard nothing from him. At that point, I called the manufacturer directly and told them what it was doing. The manufacturer offered me two options: 1. they overnight the bad part, or 2. they replace the water heater. Naturally I choose to get a new water heater, which I was able to do that day. I went to the store and had the new water heater sitting in my house, ready for install. I attempted to call Scott again several times, but again, heard nothing. I then went through and contacted every local plumber I could find in order to get this situation taken care of. No one was able to help, so I contacted my father to see if he would just help me put it in. He has extensive history of home improvements, including water heater installs, so he agreed to help. He began his hour drive to come help me install this thing. At this time, probably around 4:00 pm, I got a call from Scott. He began by telling me he had contacted the manufacturer and they would not warranty the water heater. He then said that he contacted Home Warranty and they agreed to replace the w

Scott came out quickly on a Saturday late morning from another call. Although it appeared to be a fan motor, he checked the capacitor and fixed the problem quicker and saved me a couple of hundred $$$ in parts by just changing the capacitor. He checked the charge and even washed the condenser down with the hose before leaving. They were friendly, helpful, and very professional. I have saved the card and will be calling them again, if I need service in the future.
