Been using these guys for prob 20 years now, unless they are too busy they are the only HVAC company we use. They are family owned, so we are never sent a guy we don't know. We have have them do complete systems for commercial building & homes and also repairs.

Highly recommend Tri City Air for all your heating and cooling needs. Chris and Paul came to check out my system to make sure it stays running all summer. Chris has great suggestions for keeping the electric bill down. He has a passion for his business and cares about his customers. I’m new to the area and I feel we got lucky finding Chris and Tri City Air. Thank you for the great customer service. Update: Our blower motor blew out last night and Ashley accepted our emergency and came right away this morning and changed the motor out in the hot attic on a Saturday. This "company" cannot send photos and videos of repairs, submit honest invoices that include prices for parts. He first charged me $150 to replace some simple bracket, then the furnace broke again, he wanted to charge me $275 for some fly wheel. I said OK - but send me an invoice, photos and include in invoice labor and parts breakdown. Refused, said he does flat rate pricing. Refused to send me proper invoice and photos, I am supposed to just believe his word. When questioned, he told me he doesn't want to do business with me, jeopardizing safety of people in the house
my property manager uses this company I had no idea of the awesome service professionalism polite yet friendly they are just awesome!!! If you want it done right call these guys
Best experience hands down Chris and Eddie really know what they are doing when it comes to customer satisfaction and heating and air. They came out and assess the problem and it was fixed within 45 minutes and reasonable pricing these are not the kind of guys that always try to get over on you and take you for your last dime they are very genuine and they are straightforward thanks again guys I will be calling you back for any of our business or residential needs again!
Both Chris and Eddie are very professional and if you can afford them then you will definitely get good service. Would like to give a 5 star but I had them out here the third time and it just gets more expensive everytime they come out. So now I am left with a bad circuit board to my furnace and no heat. Hoping for the spring come quickly

As property managers, we never want to allow a vendor that we do not know and trust work on one of our properties. So, when our HVAC vendor that we had been using forever decided to retire, we were a little worried about finding another. Chris at Tri City Air was referred to us from one of our other vendors nearly a year ago and we could not be happier. In my opinion greatly overpriced; thinks he’s a Doctor, Lawyer or CPA. Very personable. Total time 1hr to travel, diagnose and replace part (Honeywell Universal Ignition Module S8610U3009 on Amazon retail at $75) cost $400 installed in 10 minutes after 5 minute diagnosis. Probably buys that part for $40 or $50 wholesale in bulk (if that much) as it replaces over 400 Honeywell and competitive controls. Told me the part cost him $191 when I asked him what he paid for that part; his response was $191 but he may have side-stepped my question thinking I have no right to ask and instead just gave me his retail price for it which constitutes a 250 to 400% markup for the part. Overall I am not happy and don’t plan to use Chris again. Many other AC dealers locally in the High Desert—I’ll do some shopping.
