Stay away! Poor customer service and bad installers. Save your self from a potential headache and go somewhere else. Had a a new A/C and furnace installed just a year ago. They were nice and quick to come out and install which in the moment I appreciated because we were in the middle of a heat wave. Fast forward one year and Ive had several problems due to their install. Once they received the raving review they asked for and cashed that check I was never able to get them to come out again. (Yes, I deleted the positive review) I had even gone as far as texting and calling Daniel, the owners son on his person cell which he never responded. We’re now a month past the one year warranty having problems once again and go figure they finally answer. Instead of waiting 3 days with this blistering heat for them to finally come out I decided I don’t trust them anyway and I should just cut my losses and try my luck with a different company. Glad I did! New company was out in less then 24hrs. They confirmed my suspicion, there were a few problems due to the install. $520 later my house is finally nice and cool.
Set an appointment with this company after being sold on how they are a family business and enjoy good customer service. They never showed to the appointment that I paid a friend to be present for. Apologize after I called them to find out what happen. They never called me, and they claimed it was an urgent care situation so rescheduled the appointment with me with a promise to give me a discount and then never showed up for that appointment. Don't waste your time with this company.
Absolutely excellent! Texted me back on a holiday, came immediately the next day, got me new unit and put us as priority because I have a small child.
Tri-Cities Best needs to change their name to Tri-Cities... The Very BEST!!! From my first phone call, to their office and speaking with Jillian (Who is a ROCK STAR!), to the two guys (Dan & Patrick) who came out to my home, for the estimate, Dan the foreman, was training the owner's grandson (Patrick) to carry on the family business into the future. Both were beyond outstanding! I am that guy who does his homework, I contacted six other companies for the best rate. Tri-Cities Best was beyond reproach. Honest, Knowledgeable, Caring and PROFESSIONAL! What a deal they gave me. They sent out their installers (Abraham & Junior) the next morning. To say these guys were GREAT! would be an understatement. Fast, Friendly, Experienced, Etc. They had my home up and running with a brand new A/C/Heater system. Even when I was speaking with the owner regarding financing, I could tell he was suffering from a bad cold. Yet, here he was at his desk none the less. That's called commitment to service. Overall, now that the jobs done, I couldn't be happier with the results. They deserve far more than 5 stars. I would highly recommend them, and I am not easy to please. They are far more than the best. They are indeed... The Very Best!!! John De Haan
Worst company I've ever had to deal with. Had brand new 17 seer two-stage AC installed at the end of June. Had to have them come back next day because they placed the unit in the dirt and not level. AC went out 2 months later called Dan ,one of the owners, and he told me call me back in 5 minutes. Didn't hear back for 24 hours. Once he called me back he said it'd be another 24 hours before someone can come out. WORST COMPANY EVER STAY AWAY!!!
STAY AWAY from this Company. Sold us a New AC unit that worked 4 days. Then wouldn't cool house. Called many times and kept leaving messages. Contacted Trane direct, they mentioned other dealer in area. They came out, found not enough freon in unit. Added freon and charged $285 for service call. Which should have been free. After many calls again to Tri City, finally got a hold of Dan. After two months still no refund.l STAY AWAY from Dan !!!

Tri-Cities installed a wonderful 16 Seer Trane XR 5 ton HVAC system 9 months ago. The AC worked flawlessly in the summer and the Furnace worked flawlessly in the winter. The installers were professional and left the house clean after each day of work. I highly recommended.
If I could give them a zero I would. They over charged us Daniel lied to us. Our heater exhaust was illegal. They sold us a 5 ton heater but what was installed was a 4 ton.. We would not recommend them or do business with them again.
The Tri Cities team replaced our air conditioning, heating units and ducts. These are ethical and hard working folks, who did a great job. We learned a lot in the process as well. If we needed to do this again, we would definitely go with Tri Cities. Good folks! I am glad we found them!
Dan and the crew at Tri-Cities Best HVAC were great! I found them through a Facebook ad and called them on a whim. After a couple of conversations and a site inspection, they gave me an estimate and we agreed on a price. We set a date and they showed up when they said they would. They left the work area cleaner than when they found it. The job took a bit longer and was a bit more complex than originally anticipated (it's an old house and had nothing to do with their service) but they completed the job as quickly as possible, only charged me a small fee for the added work (totally fair) and the end result was fantastic! All in all, the crew was friendly, the price was fair, and I can't even hear the equipment running. I now have a very comfortable and cool home in the desert. I would highly recommend.
If I could give a 10 star rating I would! Workmanship, Communication, Price. Everything as it should be. Thank you Tri-Cities
