Jason the owner was very unprofessional!! He’s technician arrived at my home 2 hours late and demanded that I pay $75 service when it was already paid directly to my home warranty company. When I explained this to Jason… he immediately started raising his voice and refused to stay on the line while I called the warranty company on 3-way and stated that if I didn’t pay his guy was going to leave! This was very weird!! Why wouldn’t he want to get confirmation of payment!! Companies contracted by home warranty providers are NEVER suppose to request an additional service charge directly from the customer! Jason should consider hiring someone in customer service to communicate with customers! I wouldn’t recommend this company!!!👎🏾

Transparent Air was who was assigned to our home warrantee claim for our A/C not blowing cold. Jason sent me a text promptly and was very responsive to my questions throughout the whole process. He diagnosed our problem very quickly and kept us in the loop about the possibilities for our claim being fully approved or not. The installers were early on the day the install was scheduled, and got the job done. I would definitely use them again.

I hired Transparent Air to retrofit my home from gas to electric. They removed my old gas water heater, gas furnace, and outside condenser. They replaced it with an electric two-stage heat-pump AC. Finally, they installed a 18kW electric tankless water heater. They capped the gas lines, and pulled new 240V wires to support my new appliances. I am going to list all the positives, and there is a lot: 1. quoted price was very competitive, 2. I paid exactly what they quoted, despite encountering some installation issues, 3. they were punctual (none of those horrible 9a-5p arrival times), 4. installers were skilled (when work was finished, they turned the machines on, and everything worked the first time), 5. they worked with me on custom requests without hesitation. Now the negatives: ...cricket sounds... :-) Five stars from me!
