I woke up on a Saturday morning in July to a dead AC unit. I called Mr Tran at 9:30am and he was able to come by and diagnose the problem within 2 hours. I was dreading the diagnosis because my AC unit is 22 years old and I was worried that I would have to have the whole thing replaced. He told me it was just the motor and he came back within a few hours to replace it. Everything was fixed and blowing cold air by 2:30pm He was incredibly fast in his response time. He explained clearly what needed to be fixed and he charged a fair price. He’s a good guy I would absolutely recommend him.
My AC went out during a heat advisory. They came out same day, immediately identified the problem and were able to fix it very quickly. They were thorough, the repair was affordable, and they are incredibly kind. I’m thankful I called Tran HVAC Care!

I attempted multiple times to contact this company and was met by rude, disrespectful, and demeaning behavior. While attempting to explain my reason for calling, the guy proceeded to hang up in my face. There is a severe lack of customer service within the company.
Tran is very good. Very reliable and knowledgeable. Saved me money on a new AC unit. You will be very satisfied.

Mr. Tran and his team did an amazing job installing our new furnace and A/C unit. He offered to repair our system but with its age, we opted to replace the entire system. His team worked quickly and finished the job in one afternoon and gave a thorough review of the work done, and any maintenance steps we could take to ensure it continued to run great. Mr Tran saves the day! My old unit finally went. He installed a new Daikon. He's been back twice to check. He spends time showing me how to keep it working at peak efficiency. I cant recommend enough. Great customer service. Great product.
Trans service is affordable and I am very happy with his service and knowledge. I am 9 months pregnant in Atlanta and Our AC unit quit working! I was miserable. Other companies wanted to charge double what Tran charged me! I am so glad we followed our gut and gave Tran a chance. He was responsive and punctual and helped us out in our time of need! Thank you Tran! If you need a fair price, a knowledgeable technician and cool air please contact Tran. Those other companies won't deliver like Tran can! Great work! Transmission HVAC was called Thursday to replace my air conditioning, and the job was completed by Friday evening. I have managed three properties in East Point for 20+ years and I have never had such good service and good prices ! He prefers payments by check but wants $200 cash for to pay his technicians . Again , he is most awesome number 1 guy! I could not be happier unless he found someone to marry my son!
Called Mr. Trane on Tuesday he came out the same day and talked to us about our unit then gave us a great price on installing a new AC unit. The next day Wednesday morning he showed up with his crew at 8am installed the new unit, thermostat, cleaned duct, and explained everything to us about maintaining the unit was gone by 10am. Him and his crew is very professional and knowledgeable even called back the same day to see how everything was working.Thank God for Trane HVAC!!! Will definitely use again for all my HVAC work.
Mr. Tran answered the phone at 9 am on a Sunday morning. He was quickly at our house to access the issue with our furnace. He fixed the first part, but had to wait on a part to fix our gas valve. He was back bright and early Monday morning with the valve and fixed it easily. He walked my husband through each step, cost, and taught him what to look for in the future. We were surprised at his reasonable pricing, and how he really cared for us. Best experience, and has earned our loyal business.
Prompt and fair price. Replaced the hot surface igniter on a 20 yo Goodman NG HVAC. Knew the issue from a call conversation. I took pictures of the HVAC unit, boards, etc and text. Showed up with parts and quickly confirmed issue and replaced cracked igniter.
We have used Mr. Tran each time we have had an issue with part of our HVAC system. He responds quickly when called, has shown up on the weekend, and offers a fair and honest assessment of the issue. Over the summer he repaired and then ultimately replaced our AC unit. We have also used him for furnace repairs, where again he offered a trustworthy assessment of the issue and promptly replaced. He is committed to ensuring the job is done correctly.
