I had an air conditioner blower motor stop working. I called a number of heating and sir companies. Traditional Heating And Air provided a prompt in person response, gave me my options with good rational for each option to include price quotes which were well below other respondents. I decided to replace the motor which Austin Smith was able to accomplish early the next day. I was very impressed and now have a new air conditioner company that I can rely on.
Steve was phenomenal! Quickly discovered the issue, got it fixed for a reasonable price, and was extremely easy to work with. Would highly recommend Traditional Heating and Air to anyone needing HVAC work done!
Steve and his team at Traditional Heating and Air were a godsend this Summer when my AC unit went out. They were out within a day, gave me a fair quote and were able to complete the work in an extremely timely manner. Not only was everything done exceptionally well, Steve followed up about a week later to ask if everything was still working correctly. Can't recommend him enough!

Steve and Austin are GREAT!!! My AC unit stopped working last night. I got on Home Advisor and posted for HVAC Service/Repair IMMEDIATELY. Steve called within 5 minutes (@11:55am), I gave him a brief rundown, and they were here within 45 mins. It took them about 10 minutes to diagnose what was wrong AND they pointed out a part that was showing strong signs of carbon from arcing that would eventually fail and asked if I wanted to replace it too. I opted to go ahead since they were here and it wasn't expensive. They had to drive to Nashville (about 45 mins. one way). They returned with the 2 new parts, got them installed, and went ahead and checked the Freon in my unit. They waited to make sure it was blowing cold air in the house before leaving. Total time from first phone call to cold air blowing was exactly 3 hours!! Also about 3 1/2 hrs later Steve texted me to make sure everything was still good. You just can't ask for faster, friendly, professional service!!! My house is livable again!!
I can't say enough about Steve and Austin. They not only know there stuff, but they make sure the job is done right with all the extras in customer service. Steve has decades of HVAC experience and Austin (his son) is walking in his dad's footsteps. They REALLY do make it their priority to meet all their customer's requirements. They are my new go to guys! Oh, and "honest to a fault"! Call them, you will not be dissatisfied.

In this day and age of (Let’s just say declining customer service) followed up in a few days to make sure everything was running correctly. I have chosen them to install a new unit after doing business with them twice before. Polite, down to earth and honest people/company I’ve met in a long time. They happily answered my many questions. (I’m the queen of questions, lol) So happy and appreciative that I’ve found them and they certainly have my business going forward. Thank you guys!
Steve was super friendly and knows what he is doing! I was going in circles trying to figure out what was wrong with my water heater FOR WEEKS. He diagnosed what was wrong immediately and repaired it perfectly. My water heater has worked properly ever since. I would have saved myself money and time calling them first; I definitely recommend their services!
Ladies and Gentlemen, Traditional Heating and Air should be your first and only choice for routine HVAC maintenance or a complete removal and replacement of a premium system. First, we used them for inspection and repair of an older Heat Pump system. This was done promptly and at a reasonable cost. Their cost for freon was nearly half that of a previous contractor. Later, we considered an entire system replacement system. After a great deal of research on premiume systems, we found the Trane system to be the best. We asked for quotes, and after a thorough study of each quote, we picked Traditional Heating and Air, because. 1. Previous quality repair service. 2. The quote included each and every matched unit that we wanted. 3. The total cost was far below other company quotes. When equipment arrived, we were shown each container with documentation from manufacturer attached. It was exactly what we wanted. After opening, we were shown each item and described installation. After installation, the entire system operation was clearly taught to the point that we could easily operate it. Traditional Heating and Air, we thank you.
