He came over to my house because my A/C went out and he gave his honest opinion on what went wrong and it’s all fixed now. Unlike other companies this guy seems to be for the people rather than just to hold down a job and from what I could tell he loves his job and helping people. 10/10 would call again
Our home wasn't cooling anymore. I called at 10 am on a Saturday, and John answered my call and was up front on all prices for services when I asked unlike other companies and he was able to get us serviced within just a few hours. He is very knowledgeable, courteous, and punctual. I really can't say anything bad except I haven't used him sooner. I will definitely call with any other need I might have. Awesome job and thank you sir!!!!

A/C was blowing warm, they came out and diagnosed. They then told me my system was still under warranty (6months left) on a 10 year warranty. Basically got the whole system replaced for just the labor cost which was also very affordable. I don't think every company would have informed me it was still under warranty and they probably would have just charged me to replace the entire unit so I'm super happy with this company.

John answered our phone call right away and came out to service our AC unit within a few hours. He was not only timely and quick, but incredibly informative and not just trying to sell us every service. Highly recommend and will use again.

Our ac was so old about 17 years old haha and we had it fixed several times over the years but after this last time I just said you know what, lets get a bigger, better new one! Traddox Heating & Air had a bran new AC unit and thermostat installed within 24 hours of our first visit. So fast and thank GOD because it is hot as satans toe nails in my house without AC running. I highly recommend this company! They were fast, courteous, and on time! The thermostat is pretty cool too I had no idea this thing even existed! I can control it with an app on my phone : 0 this thing has so many cool features! Its called the Ecobee Smart Thermostat Premium. I'm so glad I went with it!

Another company had told us we needed a new central air unit and charged us several hundreds of dollars for a temporary repair that only lasted a couple days. John came out and repaired our unit in less than an hour and his price was very reasonable. John was honest about it being a temporary fix and that we will need a new system but so far we have had no issues since. I would definitely call them for any future service.
Great customer service honesty and excellent work that this business provides I would highly recommend this man for the job very reasonable prices gave us a deal when he worked on our AC. If it's hot and your AC is broken give my boy a call he's got you an all needs.
