Our air went out the day my daughter in law was coming home from the hospital to stay for 9 days. Trabuco staff understood how important air was and came to look at my unit that day. The next day a new unit was brought out and installed. This "ordinary" job should have taken 3 or 4 hours. My unit, believe it or not, was 50 years old and the install took about 8 hours. Thank you Trabuco folks for great service and the house is nice and cool for my daughter in law to heal in....
I called Trabuco Hills last night when my AC was not working, They sent me someone the same day, he said the condenser fan motor needs changing and charged $950. I had called a different person but he called me after I was done and he said it would cost me $500. the cost of the motor was $200 dollars so labor was $750 for 20 minutes of work. I called to complain but they did not do anything about it. Worst customer service ever
Dishonest. Do not hire.

Total bait and switch. Trabuco Air installed a Blower motor and the heat exchanger was cracked. They left the furnace not operational with a gas leak and possibility of carbon monoxide poisoning. Then told me I needed to replace the whole system for 10k. Worked for months to try to resolve with owner Robert who failed to reimburse me as agreed when I had the unit replaced by someone competent from a company a different company. Despite multiple attempts the company has failed to honor their word.
Not even 1 star! Dishonest! Tried to sell us a whole new air conditioner for $4000. All it needed was a simple part. Had it fixed with a honest company for $180. Don't use them.
Awesome service. Brandon was here with in 2 hours of my initial call and solved my issue with a clogged drain line within minutes. Something the competition couldn't seem to figure out previously. Trabuco Air will be the only call I make next time I need HVAC service.
Trabuco air sold me my air conditioner and heating unit which I am very pleased with. They are a family owned and operated co. so they really CARE about their customers. Service is excellent - professional & reasonably priced. They don't sell you something you don't need -- HONEST company!

Absolutely the best possible installation. This company really cares about the quality of their work and their customer's satisfaction. They have installed two Heating/AC systems for me. One at my condo in Anaheim and the other at my house in Valley Center.

Trabuco Air replaced my air conditioner for a great price. The technicians were professional and very polite, they did their job in a timely manner and thankfully my air conditioner is working very well.
I can't think of a single negative thing to say about Robert and his crew other than the fact that he is now outside of my service area. Robert takes pride in his work and treats his clients like family. Our entire HVAC system was replaced along with added duct work by Trabuco Air at a reasonable price and Robert was there to take care of things when the unit went down due to manufacturing defect years later. During the heat wave a few months back, I came home to a hot house that just would not cool. Gave Robert a call and he laid it out straight. Since he is now outside of my area, it would be a pretty high price to come work on it. However, based on my description of the problem, he was confident it was just the capacitor and walked me through changing it out on my own for a fraction of the cost. Just an hour ago, I was again on the phone with Robert and he walked me through the installation of my new Nest thermostat due to some unusual wiring. This is the kind of service and care you get with Robert and what I will miss if something major breaks and he can't talk me through it over the phone!
This is a great company! The customer service was excellent and I truly appreciate their ability to perform the work quickly and cost effectively. When you call, ask for Robert! He's awesome!
Called him and the gentleman on the phone was very generous and not all about the money and help me through getting it fixed because it was a simple job. I will definitely use them for bigger jobs in the future
Trabuco Air? I'm definitely glad they're there! During the summer months in Southern California, a working A/C unit is a must. So when mine gave out after continuous use, I was left to cook. Already in dire straits from my high electric bills, I checked around and many of the quotes were simply out of my budget. I called Trabuco Air and the next day, they came out and gave me a reasonable, honest quote. The installation process was a breeze and Brandon Decker really seemed to know the ins and outs of my new, functioning, unit. Friendly service and punctuality is what I look for when I need work done and Trabuco Air definitely lived up to my standards.
