Highly recommend. Townsend Mechanical recently installed a new furnace and air conditioner in our home. We were very pleased with their work. Both old units were removed and the new ones installed in one day. They arrived, on time at 8:30am and were gone by 2:30. The workers were efficient and respectful of our property. The price was fair, actually the best of other bids. Mathew is a friendly, down to earth guy and very knowledgeable of his products
Matt and Shawn are the guys you want to help you with HVAC issues. They were honest about the condition of my unit but didn’t push to sell me anything. They performed a very thorough service and explained how the unit was operating. Even recommending running it as long as I could before even considering replacement.
Matt and Sean brought my bathroom exhaust fan up to code by venting it through the roof. Both were extremely professional and helpful and they finished the job super quick!
Even though it was a minor problem, they diagnosed and fixed then warranties it. Thanx to the techs.

I got a call from my tenant saying the furnace wasn't working on a very cold day. I was referred to Matt from another Realtor friend of mine. I called Matt and he was able to get to the house within an hour and had the furnaced fixed by mid afternoon the same day. He called me a few times with updates and I was billed the same day and was easy to pay online.
From the first phone call to the final installation of a new furnace, Townsend Mechanical more than met my expectations! Mathew and his team are very knowledgeable. professional and were punctual for every appointment. Finally, Mathew followed up to insure the furnace permit was finalized within days of the installation. That's excellent service.

Matt and his team installed a external dryer vent the day after him and I talked. Had the crew over in the morning before another job they had to just knock out my job request. They were professional, quick, and the vent looks great with no installment issues. Great business and great people working there.
My A/C cooling stopped working on a Thursday. I looked for A/C repair online near me. Matt called me the next morning and although this is the busiest time of the year for him, and he was booked, he offered to stop by after 5pm and look at my A/C. He called me 2x to confirm arrival and arrived on time. He fixed my A/C right away and I couldn't be happier. He is very professional and does excellent work. He goes above and beyond. Highly recommend Townsend Mechanical. Even the company who installed my A/C, the owner, didn't bother to help me out, said couldn't come until mid-August, which irritated me, since I paid him very good money (above average from what others paid) for my A/C and installation. I will not use them anymore. I will now hire Matt for all my A/C and Heating matters. Thank you so very much, Matt, you exceeded my expectations.
Mathew installed a central air condition unit in my home and continues to service it and my furnace. He is very responsive and affordable.
We used Townsend Mechanical to repair a furnace that was running, but not heating. They made us a priority and repaired the furnace quickly. When we needed an inspection for the sale of a home, we didn't hesitate to call Townsend Mechanical again.
