This is the first time I used Touchstone. They quickly found problem with my air conditioner and got it up and running. Brian was great. I recommend this company.
We had a beast of an old server room cooling unit that several other HVAC companies said "no thanks" to and passed on the job. Touchstone knocked it out of the park! The technicians were both professional and down to earth. They removed it and installed a new unit in less than a day. Couldn't ask for anything more! Update 6/29/23: Had them out again for another RTU (very old unit), they actually fixed it instead of trying to sell us on a new one. When we do replace it, I know who to call!

I’ve used Touchstone for my personal and professional HVAC needs. Recently had them install a new AC unit at a rental and they were great. On time and good service, plus the communication is TOP notch. They send out service reminders and text reminders when they’re headed that way. It makes a big difference when you’re dealing with tenants to have this level of communication and organization.
We reached out to have them install a humidifier, dry air was killing us. Super professional, GREAT communication (text alert before arrival etc), quick and efficient. It was such a pleasant experience. Skilled, professional help is so hard to find these days. These guys are 5 star service, what you wished everyone provided.

We live in a high-rise with an older system and the technician that inspected it was very familiar with it, providing me with a lot of helpful information. I felt very confident in his work, and I appreciated Touchstone Mechanical’s communication throughout the process. It was prompt and detailed, and I even got texted a picture of the technician before he arrived! Super good touch.
Replaced a swamp cooler. Trevor and Brian were awesome. Reasonable quote. Great communication. On time start to project. Receptive to questions. Cleaned up after project. Swamp cooler looks great and the 30 seconds it was on performed well. Would definitely recommend!!
Trevor is the BEST! He is very professional and gets what ever we need done in a professional and timely manner. Very easy to work with him as well as the entire company. We have never had any issues and will continue to use Touchstone and recommend them to anyone.

We had used them in the past and had a great experience so they were our first call when our heater stopped heating. We were able to get same day service. Our service technician arrived ahead of schedule and was very, kind and efficient. I would definitely use them again recommend them to anyone in need.
