ABSOLUTELY AWESOME SERVICE! Our AC decided it wanted to celebrate Independence Day by dying…..we contacted a few AC Repair companies and the only one out of 4 to call us back was JP (the owner himself) of Total Refrigeration, on a nation wide holiday, the Fourth of July, within 30 minutes of leaving our message! JP then showed up ready to climb up on our roof and repair our ac unit. In a five hour window from my voice mail of a repair call to the call back, JP arriving and climbing up on the roof to diagnose the repairs, the quote for repair, repairing our unit, the invoice and payment for repair invoice, UNDER FIVE HOURS! ABSOLUTELY AWESOME SERVICE….. Our ac unit is purring and cooling the house down. And the repair charge was surprisingly affordable!
Total Refrigeration & Home Services is a very reliable company. The quality of work is superb. The staff members are attentive to their work and address your needs. Without a doubt, I highly recommend this company.
