Jeff & Dylan of total pro ac are just that! Totally professional and offer the highest degree of quality/customer service at a very competitive price point. I used them for my casita project and they installed a Mitsubishi mini split. Wasn't the easiest project at is was in historic phoenix but they had the patience to go along with the service. I recommend them and plan to use them on my next project. Great job guys!

Jeff and the team were a pleasure to work with! Had a new AC unit installed in our condo. They were professional and very nice people. Prices were very reasonable. Will definitely use these guys in the future for all of our heating and cooling needs!
Incredible service! Cold season hit and we tried turning on our heater but it just blew outside temp, I was worried we had to replace the unit. Total Pro sent someone out same day, diagnosed the problem in minutes (bad fan motor on our condenser) and we were lucky enough he had one on the truck so it was replaced and working fine in no time at all, at a very fair price. Super happy with the service, timing and price.
I am very pleased with the service we received from Total Pro A/C. They installed a new HVAC unit on my home. The service we received from Jeff and Craig were excellent. I don’t know any of the other techs names, but I thank them too. They were professional and made me feel comfortable right away. They were available after the job was completed, to call if I had any concerns or questions. Jeff & his team were very responsive and detailed with their assessment of our A/C unit. It’s an older unit (we’re likely on borrowed time) and he made us aware of potential maintenance parts/costs we could incur moving forward & a very competitive quote to replace when needed. Pros for sure! 😄👋
Total Pro A/C installed my Mitsubishi mini split. They were a great company that did exactly what they said they would do, on time, and in a professional manner. I would definitely trust these guys to install another unit for me or provide service on my equipment. Very responsive company.
We woke in the middle of the night to our heater blasting cold air. Full disclosure, the owner is our neighbor and one we have always felt so grateful to have even before this incident. Our other neighbors have used his company before and highly recommended them so naturally we reached out. Jeff immediately responded and came out with his technicians and identified the problem, told us about the warranty it was under even though we didn’t have the paperwork, and fixed our heater right away. My husband is a stickler for accountability so he appreciated Jeff keeping us updated on the status of the job and ETA. Communication is key in running a great business! I know he cares for us because we are his neighbors but I also know he acts with integrity and kindness as his baseline and would treat any of his customers as if they are his neighbors! Highly recommend!!!
TOTAL PRO AC did a fabulous job installing a Mitsubishi mini-split for our large Media Room. Jeff and Dylan were amazing to work with and extremely knowledgeable and experienced with the equipment and installation process. The crew that did the actual install were professional and did a top notch clean and precision installation.
Jeff and the crew at Total Pro A/C are first class all the way and I am happy to endorse them. Jeff has a wealth of experience in HVAC and was able to clearly explain the options available in the market as well as the future market trends to know about. And then quoted me on what my house needed, no overselling, which was very refreshing. Industry leading brands at very competitive pricing (I got a few quotes). The install crew were on time, efficient, clean and tidy, nice guys!. I've had the new system for 2 mths now and I have definitely noticed the improvement in cold air getting pushed to all corners of the house. Improved comfort in the house was well worth the investment. Will definitely use Jeff and Total Pro A/C again.
