Gus came out to my property because my air condition was not working well. He completed an examination of my air condition system and found a few issues he corrected. We was professional and explained exactly what he was doing and why. He gave me an excellent value for the work completed. I would totally recommend this company!

Gustavo who owns the business is the best. I am a Doctor’s office and When my AC or heat goes I need it to be fixed ASAP or the patients will be uncomfortable. He ALWAYS fits me into his schedule and his work is high quality and honest. I highly recommend Gustavo @ Total HVACR repair.
THERE IS ONLY 1 PERSON OUT THERE... Unfortunately, I wasted my time calling in someone who could not help repair my heating system. Then, I contacted Gustavo at Total HVACR. What blew my mind is that he simply looked at the heating system and diagnosed the problem without even touching it. I thought, "yeah, right." Come to find out he was spot on the money! He replaced the part that he identified and my heating system has been working flawlessly ever since. This man's experience and expertise is beyond words. Today, Gustavo of Total HVACR Services LLC, transformed the way I monitor and control my heating and cooling system. He installed the Google Nest Learning Thermostat in my home. This allows me to control my heating and cooling system from my phone or tablet. It’s a very simple process to help me conserve energy and lower the cost of my energy bill. “Love it!” Gus work is absolutely superb and his price for installation is very reasonable. His work is also extremely neat and impeccable. The first time I worked with Gustavo and his company they came to investigate a persistent banging noise coming from the furnace. He quickly figured out that the issue was a busted circulator, he sourced the part and was back as soon as it arrived to install. In the process of installation several other issues were uncovered, all of which were repaired on the spot. What started as a pretty simple job turned into an all day (and some of the night) ordeal. Gustavo and company kept working until the job was done and got our heat back on. After this experience, I immediately reached out to Gustavo when another issue came up a few months later. The furnace stopped working for an unknown reason on one of the coldest nights we had all winter, I texted him in the morning after I tried to diagnose the issue myself but could not see any reason for the problem. He was at my home on only a few hours notice and he and his partner got straight to work. He soon found the issue was a build up of debris in the chimney that had tripped a blowback safety switch, which turned off the burners. Quick as you like he had the whole thing taken apart, cleaned, and reassembled and the burners relit. He explained the follow-up work that needed to be done by a chimney specialist. I can't recommend this company highly enough. Great work quality, dedication to complete the job, clean, professional, super friendly. They give a damn about their clients and that shows in every aspect of the work they do.
Water was seeping out of, what I thought, was the heating system. Gustavo said: Your hot water tank has a leak. He replace it right away. That was about 4 years ago. Two years ago, my AC totally died. I can replace it and the heating system together or I can do only the AC, Gustavo said to me. My boiler was not that great so I said do both and get it over with. What I have noticed about Gustavo's work is that he is responsible, exceptionally neat and precise. He's a perfectionist. He is well versed in the subject he has to deal with and he goes about it in a timely manner. He leaves the workspace neat and clean. I still marvel at the manner that everything on the heating system is so well put together and tied up - a work of art. I think his finished work can easily go on a catalogue that sells the products. Last night, my hot water heater shut off, possibly because I turned the hot water off/on a few times at the request of the plumber, who was putting in a new faucet for me. I called Gustavo this morning and told him what happened. I tried relighting it without success. He came over right away and relit it. Gustavo is a reliable, honest, sincere and trustworthy person. It is a pleasure knowing and doing business with him.
Excellent service! Technician is very professional. He is always on time. Very knowledgeable! Technician is very neat and clean. Cleaned up after himself and left my basement clean and tidy. I highly recommend Total HVACR to anyone who needs help with their A/C! My a/c stopped blowing cold air on a 92 degree day. I called and Gustavo rearranged his schedule to make it to my house the same day since we were without a/c on one of the hottest days of the year. He’s knowledgeable and explained everything to me, step by step. He’s honest and friendly. Gustavo saved the day, otherwise we would have been miserable in the heat if it weren’t for his quick, reliable and professional help!
