After a less reputable (or competent, or both) company gave my father-in-law a bid for $17,000 to replace a 6 year old system, the owner of Total Home Heating & Air, Todd Harty, diagnosed and repaired the problem in less than an hour, for less than $400. The unscrupulous contractor was Cowboys Air Conditioning and Heating. Stay away from these shysters!

These guys are amazing!!!!! You can’t ask for a better company to come out and solve any problem you’ve got! Grant and Bradley are very reliable, and they leave your house exactly the way they found it. 10/10 would recommend!
Bradley was our technician, and he was great! It only took him about 30 minutes to get here, and he identified the problem quickly and efficiently. Within an hour, my AC was back up and running!

The young men that came to fix our unit were respectful, professional, extremely nice, knowledgeable and had our unit running in under 45 minutes. This company is extremely professional and trustworthy. I always worry that trades people will try to upsell me on work/services that I don’t need. I did not get that with T.H Heating and Air. They fixed my issues in a timely and affordable manner. I would highly recommend them.
I worked in property management for 10 years and I have say that these guys are the best I have ever worked with. They are honest, trustworthy, on-time, and they give reasonable pricing. They have serviced my home and two properties prior to closing on sales and their work is excellent. Not only that, but I call and text nights and weekends and Grant always responds. Truly amazing, they put the big players in San Antonio to shame. If you want and honest AC Tech who is not going to try to upsell you, go with TH Heating and AC!
Grant, Jacob and the Beard, sorry do not know his name, are a pleaure. These men are professionals yet courteous and friendly. This was a big job, taking more time than planned I think but cannot over emphasize how classy this operation is. New AC system is all that was promised and more. Thank you for the excellent job.

T. H Heating and Air was prompt very professional and took the time to answer all my questions. They were very knowledgeable and provided us several options that would best fit our needs. If you need HVAC work, call them. You won't be disappointed.
