Total Heating & Cooling was a good experience for me. I talk to Mike. I only needed a part when other heating & cooling places would not sell me because I did not have a contractor's license which is a bunch of bull. With Mike there was no problem no gouging pricing. It was a good experience.
💯💯💯💯 We had issues with our furnace starting but quitting after 30 to 45 seconds, that on my Birthday in January, thought it was the Flame Sensor, called around for a replacement was told the part was absolete, with Supplier told me they could only sell to a Contractor. I called Behyler, they referred me to Mike at Total Heating, he couldn't come out, but told me to watch the Codes the Furnace was sending, a Series of Long & Short flashes. Took the Flame Sensor to his Place, since he had one for purchase, he tested it before the purchase to find out nothing was wrong with it, saving me money on a replacement I didn't need. Mike immediately came over the next morning, looked at the Furnace Codes first, tested parts with his Tester, and found out it was the Control Board. He went out to his Van, came back in, replace the Board, and 30 minutes later the Furnace was up and running. He had to step into his Van to fill out the Invoice, came to the Front door knocking, and gave us a Fantastic Rate. We were really concerned at first, because we didn't get a quote, but we were very pleased with his Professionalism, his Speedy Response, and his Very Fair Pricing. We will be Loyal Customers
Heating issue with boiler. Mike came right away and addressed the issue. We are warm and toasty now.Fair billing.
The staff was nice and polite! Came out the same day as I called, But had an issue with my bill being charged an extra $12 fee for nothing when I was told when I made appointment it would be $93 for the tech to show up. Ended up being over $111.00 with tax for a ten minute visit to tell me I need a new ac unit no work even being done. I even ask if there was an extra fee to use my credit card and told no. So what’s the extra fee for? Otherwise would have given them 5 star!

Had Owner Mike stop by for a quote after he stated around $4,500 on our phone call. After greeting him I stood outside waiting while being ignored by him for about 10 minutes as he sat in his truck. 1. He arrives and says “You have a small house.” Ya thanks Mike, appreciate it. 2. After asking about my humidifier being replaced he went on a tangent about myself not knowing about the unit (which I thought was his job), wasting his time as he’s backed up a week and a half, and having to pay more money for quality things. 3. Mike states he’s about to walk out because of the inconvenience and then proceeds to do so. So I told Mike to have a good day, but I surely hope he has a bad one. DO NOT RECOMMEND GO ANYWHERE ELSE

had to use them also there work is shoddy at best they use cheap parts and he left his work trash out by my unit the very next time i use the appliance they worked on it was about to cut my wires in to ill give them one star only because there isnt a lower rating avialible
Great family business
My dad's landlord forced him to go through this company in November for his furnace, the man was rude to my father, dad never got any information on the bill, and is without heat because the furnace worked maybe a half hour. Dad was begging the park manager and landlord to contact the company, i got the number from them TODAY, called the guy and said I'd pay for the original work and whatever the cost for him to come back out as i found out the landlord didnt call him again! Was made laughed at by the OWNER for being concerned that my dad is almost 60, in bad health, on disability and has had no heat all winter also no hot water, was told he couldnt call another company even though he owns his trailer, has a carbon monoxide problem that he has no clue if it's from the furnace (only runs a space heater maybe 4 hours a day with the windows cracked and hasn't been staying in his home most of the winter, doesn't blame Total for it, just wants heat and some respect) and hung up on by the OWNER of total heating and cooling because i was upset!
