Excellent technical knowledge- thus the two star- however, Very poor integrity/professionalism. Didn't state costs of service up front- promised 1/2 refund on phone then denied ever saying it. Tried to communicate, but they were more interested in finding customer fault then acknowledging their own shortcoming -not stating costs up front.
I had a furnace to replace in a not very accessible part of the house. It was a holiday weekend with graduations going on so my response time with Jayson was delayed several times but he was patient. His initial quote was one of the lowest so I thought I would give him a chance to check out the job and make a bid. Out of three companies, Total Comfort was the lowest and his install time was the earliest. From the initial handshake to the presentation of the bill, it was a pleasure to work with Jayson and his assistant. I kept an eye on the quality of the work as the job went on (about 4 hours) and was impressed with the detail of the workmanship. This is one time where "you get what you pay for" did not apply. Good job guys! I grabbed several extra cards to give to my realtor neighbor. Two thumbs up!
