We had a new heating and air conditioning unit put in approximately 6-7 years ago by Kevin Andrade’s company Total Comfort Heating and Cooling in Mansfield Ma. We recently needed a new compressor that was still under warranty. Kevin replaced this during the winter and said he would be back in the Spring to get it up and running. The problem is getting them to answer texts or phone calls to set up an appointment. I texted twice and called twice in March 2019 and got no text or call back. After 3 weeks I sent another text but signed my husband’s name and we got an immediate response. That in itself is very disturbing to me. With that being said we made an appointment with Heather for May 10th which was confirmed by text. Kevin showed up on May 8th when we were not home. He said he called but left no message. When he didn’t show at the confirmed time on May 10th, I texted him to see if he was delayed but still coming and he said our appointment was May 8th. I told him to check his text and emails as at one point he emailed me and wanted to know if May 16th would work and I told him we already had a confirmed appointment for May 10. He said ok disregard my email. This company seems very disorganized and lacks customer service skills. They never apologized and pretty much insisted we had the wrong date which we DID NOT! I am so disappointed in Kevin and didn’t think he would treat a customer like this. They are very interested in the sale but not the SERVICE! I would not recommend this company anymore. They are not dependable.

Had an appointment setup for a free estimate and they cancelled on us saying they were still working in a nearby town. We rescheduled for Saturday. On Saturday they texted us and said they didn't service our town. Why would you accept 2 appointments and then in the end say you don't service our area? Made ourselves available for both appointment times. I guess they don't want our business.
Kevin replaced my old warn out furnace in 2014 and I called yesterday for my A/C. Once again, responsive, on time and very reasonably priced. Just the best with no worry about overpricing....very happy with the service.
