Mike Ruiz has by far been the one to call for any AC work. Always a phone call or text message away from immediate service that you need. He’s always been very professional and guarantees his work. I will definitely be calling him if I ever need in the future
The service was Great and they did amazing work on fixing my central unit .They were fast,friendly and very reasonable! I would definitely recommend and use their service again in any future issues we might come across.
Mike is honest and trustworthy. He did exactly as he said he would. He was here when he said he would be, did everything just as promised, and kept us informed every step of the way. He exceeded our expectations in every way. He is a true professional and we would never use or recommend anyone else. He went above and beyond, and even sent us before and after pictures! Mike is very thorough and explains everything step by step. He is knowledgeable about all products and is professional overall.
Our AC stopped working so we called Total Air Care and explained the issue we were having. Service was prompt and professional. Everything was explained in detail. Highly recommend calling them.
Our AC went out Wednesday afternoon & I gave Mike a call Friday @3pm and he was at my house ready to inspect and see what the issue was. Turned out to be something he was able to fix that day & he had our house cooling down by sundown. He even explained step by step what the issue was and I was able to understand what was going on.
