My house has never been cooler, and my system has never sounded so quiet. Thank you, Total 1 AC & Heating for installing my New HVAC Evolution system and Replacement Ducts & Vents! My old HVAC system was 25 years old and very Inefficient; Dan and his guys were phenomenal installing a brand-new HVAC system and new properly sized ducts and vents in a timely manner. Each time I had any questions they were great in thoroughly answering and explaining their techniques and everyone worked hard to ensure that my new Evolution system would be up and running efficiently for many years to come.

Thes best HVAC company! Very professional, great customer service, honest, fast, and reliable! They came to our aid when our AC stopped working. Sent a technician the same day I called. Alex diagnosed the problem correctly and didn’t charge us for coming to our house and spending time diagnosing the problem that the AC was not the problem but electrical. When the electrician came, they helped the electrician troubleshoot the problem over the phone and now our AC is working again. I will definitely recommend this company and will call them next time because they deserve our business!

I found Total 1 AC & Heating to be one of the most helpful HVAC companies, not to mention all of their great employees. Lynn was helpful in identifying that our condenser needed to be replaced, and Dan made sure to walk us through the repairs so we understood completely what they were doing. We didn’t have air conditioning for 10 years, and now we are able to get below 70 degrees even in the hot Inland Empire air.
Total1 is the best. On the basis of my experience, I completely trust their advice. And once you’re working with them they totally look out for you in many ways. Totally recommended.
To start off this is my first review on yelp, most of the time when you hire contractors the work is subpar at best. I have lived in my house for over 10 years and hired many subpar contractors. Total 1 was one of 3 companies I had called out for an estimate. I have a house built in the 60s and the ac was having a hard time during the California summers, I also had hot spots in my rooms because when the house was built it originally did not have ac just heat. Dan was the only one that was willing to take the time and change the venting locations to help the house be more efficient. The system Dan and his team installed was by far the best money spent on the house. The house originally had 11 vents that were randomly placed. After hiring Dan, the house now has 13 vents that are strategically placed and the difference is amazing. All the vents are are on dampers for adjustability. The old unit would run all day and not keep the house cool from being under sized. The new unit can bring it down 10 degrees in about 20 mins and I have cut my electric bill from 400 a month in the summer time to around half the price. On top of everything, the new unit is so quiet I have to feel the vents to tell if it’s operating. In conclusion, if you need a new ac or any repairs call Dan and don’t waste your time with the other 5 star company’s. I have had my unit for over a year now and unlike most of the other projects I have spent my money on I have no regrets and wouldn’t change a thing.
