This company is the best for AC repair, maintenance and replacement. They have been keeping my AC up and running for several years and have even come to help on weekends when my AC had minor issues. This is critical as my disabled friend lives with me and is on home dialysis. They paired another friend's AC when they were quoted an incredible amount to replace their AC. It just had a minor problem that needed to be fixed. This company kept my old AC running until it finally needed to be replaced and they were able to replace it quickly, efficiently and for a reasonable price. You won't go wrong with Toracco's cooling and heating!! Family run, ethical and honest!
Hired this company after the hurricane. Said they would charge $450 to remove air handler and would apply cost towards new unit for $4100. Agreed to deal and had to wait for sheetrock repair before installation. Mark came by himself to tell me the cost of the unit went up $200 for same unit or $800 with better efficiency. Could not tell me model numbers or unit details. When I asked for the $1500 he had been sent through my mold remediation company he said he would deduct $950 for the air handler removal and send me $650 back. He lowballs the pruce abd raised the amount adter he got the money in his hands. I have to report his license, submit this for review with my insurance company, and find a reputable company to do business with. Thet are scam artists. Dont waste your time.
I've used them for my office, house and 4 rentals for 2 years now. I feel they are trustworthly and fair priced.

Torocco cooling and heating is the real deal. Imagine your me, it is Friday your regular AC guy that you have had for years comes out to perform their 6 month maintenance as per your paid contract. A kid shows up and says that your AC is low on Freon and that he can’t fix it but a senior repair tech will come out and fix the system shortly. The next guy shows up and says the same thing but its $982 to fix or $5770 to replace and you should probably replace the system because it is so old. He leaves with the AC still not repaired and it is getting hotter by the minute. You call a friend who does AC on the side and he comes and puts stop leak and some Freon in and tells you the same thing, system needs to be replaced. So you call 3 or 4 companies to get estimates and your friend comes by each day to add Freon but can’t repair the leak, total cost $350. You finally settle on an AC contractor from out of the area because a friend knows him and can get you a great deal, $3250. Monday comes and you go and run errands in the car so you have AC all day, only to get a call one hour before the guy is supposed to pick up your new system to say that the contractor has to go out of state to get another job re-inspected and has to leave now. Now it is 3:00 pm on Monday and it is over 80 degrees in the house and you have COPD and can’t breathe and you are recovering from pneumonia. What do you do??? Your grandmother luckily just got her AC replaced and knows of a local AC company with a great reputation. You call and Diane gets Mark the owner to come over right away; he tell you the same thing but with a twist. I can fix the system but it will probably die over the next few months because it is so old. Over the next few minutes he tries to get the men and new AC unit over to the house but sadly I will be without AC for the next 5 or 6 hours. So instead he fixes the system at NO COST and puts me on the schedule to have a brand new Lenox system put in on Thursday for only $3100. He
I am a local barber in Lee County and I know many AC guys. Most of them will rob you blind. Mark Torocco is the only one in my opinion. He is honest and won't sell you something if you don't need it. He has saved me money and many of my friends. He stands by his work and his integrity is outstanding. I highly recommend Torocco's cooling & Heating.
Had credit ran to do an install for a quote I was provided. Install was supposed to happen Monday after being quoted on the Friday prior. I took off work for the install and they called me day of to tell me they had to push it back, not a big deal but even though I didn't sign ANYTHING, I am hit with a $3900 charge from their finance team. I call and they blame it on the bank, my personal information didn't arrive to the bank through magic, someone authorized the charges without my consent, much less a signature??? Shady business practices. Apparently, paperwork was filed for payments on the day of the estimate according to the bank. Every other company that quoted me takes payment AFTER installation is completed. What's worse the finger pointing, they can't even accept responsibility pn their end for their mistake. UNACCEPTABLE.

Called yesterday on a Saturday at around 10:00 P.M. they worked until 1:00 a.m. to fix my HVAC unit. I appreciate the effort and they never complained. Thanks guys for keeping my marriage a happy one!
Mark and his Staff and been more than helpful with my two air conditioners which I was told by one company that I needed another whole unit. Well Mark had it running like brand new. I also had him install two kick starters in my compressors as I was 13 years old and they have saved wear and tear on my compressor. I can not say enough about this company, I referred them to a friend who said she needed a new unit in her condo as it was only blowing hot air and another company said she needed another new unit. Mark showed up installed a $70.00 part and has worked fine ever since. I highly recommend them, Frank
Fantastic! I gave Torocco a call and they had a tech out with in 4 hours of my call. I told them that it was blowing cool not cold. The technician was this awesome old school man by the name of Harold (I recommend him). He took apart my unit, check out the coils, connections, lines, ducts etc. So in the end he explained everything he did and why and figured out that the system had far too much R-22 refrigerant in the system from who ever i had work on it last time and if there is too much that it can work right. He bled the system and it was instantly working great. He even replace some of the screws that went missing after those hacks before worked on it. He was just fantastic and did not try to sell me anything. This is a down to earth company that made me feel very comfortable and knowledgeable about what was taking place. Thank you very much Torocco, You are my go to guys from now on. $92 bucks after taxes for the service call.
My air conditioner quit during these hot days in Florida which is no joke. I called Torocco's Cooling and Heating . They came out that day, got me up and running and then provided a quote over email for a AC unit. I reviewed the quote and approved the work. The came out the next day and installed it. I was extremely pleased with the professionalism and how they handled the installation. They also followed up after the install.
Great prices, great crew, great follow-up. Mark's quote was thousands of dollars less than other vendors for the SAME product! Crew was polite, courteous, finished way under estimated time for completion. We will use Mark forever and will continue to refer anyone to him for their air conditioning and servicing needs. They even cleaned up the area where they were working better than when they found it! A true sign of a 1st class professional.
