I’ve been using Toro Air for years. They show up when they say they will, do a great job and have great prices. Repairs are quick and fair, keeping our AC unit running efficiently all year round. I recommend Toro Air to all my friends and family.
I contacted Jess (owner of Toro) for a noisy compressor. He quickly diagnosed the problem and gave me several options. Options included quick and affordable fixes verses longer term and more expensive fixes. We opted for the long term fix. So far everything We agreed on Jess has delivered quickly. His pricing is better than anywhere. He also guaranteed his work
Total ripoff! On September 6, 2019 Toro Air came to my house to work on an AC unit that was not cooling. After paining Jess Toro $1300 he left, about an hour later I noticed the unit was not cooling down that area of the house. I called and the call went to voicemail. I left a message. I have called 8 times since September 6, 2019. Jess Toro hasn’t returned any of my calls. any of my calls.
My air conditioner stopped working and Toro Air was able to come out within 24 hours. Thank goodness, since it’s 104°. Over the phone Jesse gave me a few tips (like checking the breaker) and when that didn’t work he scheduled a repair time that worked for me. Daniel was on time, nice, and professional. He explained the issue and had it fixed within about 30 minutes. I don’t know a lot about pricing but I felt the cost was reasonable. I would use them for future repairs and recommend this company to anymore!
They were very knowledgeable what we needed done on our AC unit as well as kind to my family. I highly recommend Toro Air Conditioning to anyone who as a problem with their cooling system.
Jesse and Daniel are extremely knowledgeable about HVAC technology and helped me with the best decision, I highly recommend this company for all your ac needs

Awesome customer service. Gets the job done fast and is quick to return phone calls. Jesse is a honest and solid guy all around. Have had him at my house twice, once for an inspection and little fix so I could sell my home and once to replace a condenser and both times I was treated with the same positive attitude and respect. Can't recommend this guy enough.
I don’t know how it’s possible they have any horrible reviews. I’ve been doing business with Jess for 3 years now, and he’s been nothing but helpful and discussed everything with me. His knowledge is amazing and talks you through anything you want to know. My dogs ripped apart the electrical leading to my condenser, and he ran the replaced wires through hard line piping without asking for ANY money. He was more concerned with my pups getting shocked than he was for the cost of the material. Very kind and professional. I recommend him to all of my coworkers.
These ppl are a rip off! They did work on my home only to damage it further!!! Do not trust the owner Jesse. He also admitted he bought the WRONG product and asked us for more money for the right stuff, only for us to never see him again! DO NOT USE THIS GUY!!!! They now are ignoring our calls from me and my husband, even my mothers phone number now!
Jesse is the VERY BEST and the only company I will us from now on.
We came home with a newborn around midnight to a 90 degree house, and toughed it out until eight in the morning then called numerous air condition companies to book an appointment for repair. I shared our situation with Julie and she was able to book an appointment the next day between 9-11 am, which was very quick compared to what others had offered. Anyways, she calls back an hour later and said that she's able to squeeze us in that day between 4-6. I thanked her for the extra effort. Two hours later she calls again and said there is a cancellation and they can have a tech out in 30 minutes. I happily agreed. The tech came in and figured out what was wrong with our air conditioning unit in 5 minutes (burnt fuse)! I found out later that the tech was the owner of the company. Julie, if you ever have a chance to read this you are AWESOME, and thank you for your help. Jesse thank you for your very kind gift of keeping my family nice and cool.
I called to get an estimate on a new Dual Pak instalation. The office person called to confirm receipt of my message. Said the owner I believe would contact me for an estimate. Never heard from anyone again... I guess business is good.
They are totally dishonest. They charged me $90 service fee for coming and finding the issue (which is fine) and then to replace the faulty capacitor on my outdoor unit of the AC, they said the price of the part is $200. I TRUSTED them and agreed. After they left, I checked the price and actually purchased one identical to what they used for just $19.50. I trusted Jesse (the owner) but they betrayed me. Do yourselves a favor and call someone professional. Avoid these scammers.
Extremely pleased with the service provided! They were able to come out to our home within a couple of hours and fixed our A/C for the same amount of money we had to pay our home warranty for a service request and we didn't have to wait the 48 hrs AHS was going to take to send a tech out. Thank you Toro Air!
Ok, so Im a huge time person and when Jesse arrived 4 hrs later than promised, I feared the reviews online where made up or straight up bs. Within 5 min of talking with him and picking his brain a bit, I could tell this guy was a pro. He not only knowledgeable about what he does but also passionate - which goes a long way for customer service. Over all, even if I had to pay him for the brief visit and he was hours late, I knew I could count on him if something serious did go wrong with my AC in the future. High recommended!
